Every charter can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Whichever species you want to take off your Southeast Florida bucket list, the crew will do their best to make it happen. Target surface and mid-depth Pelagic species, including Sailfish, Wahoo, Blackfin and Skipjack Tuna, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, False Albacore, Blue Marlin, and White Marlin. Troll live bait or artificial that the crew prepare themselves.

Bottom fish for Grey and Golden Tilefish, Grouper, and Snapper in the waters ranging from 50 to over 800 feet in depth. And if you are after something special, let the team take you Sailfishing. They were on the ground floor of the introduction of fishing for Sailfish with kites in South Florida!

Marlin My Darlin Sportfishing will offer spinning rods and reels and live bait for Sailfish, as well as soft rod and reel tackle for young anglers and all the way up to heavy tackle for big Shark.

All the magic happens aboard the ‘Marlin My Darlin.’ She is a 50’ customized Hatteras flybridge boat with twin 430 HP turbocharged Detroit Diesel engines. The Marlin My Darlin is a true work of art with all the comforts of home. She is fully air-conditioned with leather seating inside if you wish a break from the Floridian sun.

All trips come with Penn and Shimano tackle, as well as bottled water and the licenses.

All day charters are required to target Swordfish as they reside far offshore in the deep Gulfstream waters. These are heavy tackle 9 hour charters, a specialty charter and not for everyone as a typical all day charter priced @ $1100 (Swordfish trips are $1300) offers opportunities at more species and usually larger numbers of fish in the box and on the ice. Grand fish but limited numbers and often a "Bucket List" fish for anglers with considerable offshore experience

My crewman and I have extensive experience in fishing the Fort Lauderdale/Miami areas: two Bahamas Billfish Championships and numerous tournament wins in addition to our many years of local chartering. None of us enter into tournament fishing anymore and instead choose to spend our days furthering experienced and novice anglers experiences at deep sea fishing and smoothly introducing new anglers to deep sea fishing. Between us, we have a combined total of over 90 years guiding anglers in their pursuit of big game fish and also "action" charters tailored to meet each charters specific wishes. We love what we do, it is all we do, and our love for our job is easily seen with Trip Advisor and Google reviews as well as here at Fishing Booker, as all carry us with a 5-star rating.

Business is good, weather has been good and the fishing is good as well. Lots of good. Typical summer weather for our fishing charters in Ft. Lauderdale, and typical catches as well. Often a chance of a shower every day now, most pass quickly. Very few tough days offshore now as the fishing has held essentially very steady. Seeing the majority of our catches happening within 500 feet of water depth. Back and forth across the edge has been producing Kings, Tuna and Bonito with large summer Barracudas piling on. Some Sailfish and Mahi-Mahi have been in the area but not every day, but we continue to pick away at both species. Some Sharks around most days and an encounter with them seems to be on every kids list and many parents too. The current has been reasonable and that allows us to have many options and also fish deeper wrecks. Please enjoy the photos of recent anglers, as I mentioned we are fishing every day and trying to get the photos on here for everyone to view. Tight lines and good fishing to all from all of us here at Marlin My Darlin. Accurate availability and all reservations direct on our cell please @ **hidden content**

Summer is upon us, no longer just around the corner. Time flies when you're having fun, and a perfect summer would include no hurricanes to interrupt the fun. Time will tell on that one. We here have been lucky as the Gulf coast has been more in the bullseye most recently. So here we go into June. Fishing has been pretty good up until two days back, got tough there, but this morning both the 46 and the 53 Marlin My Darlin are presently enjoying a better catch. Summer is here, sunscreen and a hat, we supply unlimited individual sized bottled waters with your charter ( and also A/C). Enjoy the photos of recent anglers who have joined us here. June 's typical summertime catches often include Kingfish, Tuna and Bonito. Amberjack and various other Jacks on wrecks and some snappers too current permitting. Sailfish and Wahoo always a possibility but not high season for them. Light tackle Barracudas run large and are fun on light tackle. Sharks are inshore and offshore as well. Swordfish a good target but as always a roll of the dice. Hero or zero. Mahi become a full day charter target species as they move for the most part further offshore. We'll see some inside the shelf but they will many days prefer the deeper water off the edge. Summer is high season for them, but we see them all year. Always reach me direct on my cell @ **hidden content** for accurate availability and also all reservations. Tight lines, it's already a nice summer and as we all know time flies. So get those kids out on the water, your boat or ours. Rick

Happy to report here that the deep sea fishing in Fort Lauderdale has been productive for many species. Always nice to have a positive and strong Fort Lauderdale fishing report. Many good days now far out number the difficult ones on the water and the oh so erratic fishing we dealt with in the beginning of the year is at least for now far behind us. Weather is stellar, sunny and 3 to 4 degrees below typical temperatures for this time of year for several days now. Pretty wicked wind several days back has ended and the good fishing that often accompanies those winds has continued, and here's what we have been catching. A nice steady pick at the Sails all week, good Jacks on the wrecks, and those Jacks holding on wrecks near the inlet so travel time has been typically been short from spot to spot. Some welcomed school sized Mahi-Mahi action with an occasional larger fish. All sizes of Blackfin Tunas during this past week and some good Kingfish action along the reefs. Good sized Barracudas and sharks continue their rebound likely directly attributed to effective government management anywhere from the reefs on out to 400 feet of water, which is less than two miles off the beach and where most of all species catches are presently taking place. There are Mahi much deeper but we have found the schools of them in 600 feet and less of water depth which is still quite close to shore. No Wahoo for us despite a couple of good cracks at them, and no Groupers either for us with the Jacks eating the live baits and also the dead baits we fish on wrecks where they both frequent. June and July have been traditionally when we see the big Warsaw Groupers on the deeper wrecks and we always look forward to those months offering up some of those big boys. Enjoy the pictures as always included in our reports of recent anglers. Boats are running well, everyone is healthy and the fishing is good. Rick direct @ **hidden content** for accurate availability and all reservations. See you on the rip.
