Reel Addiction Fishing Charters strives to give you the best fishing experience available in the area! Captain Scooter is at the helm, he was born and raised on the local waters and knows where the fish are and how to catch them!
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Great Barracuda, Amberjack, Cobia, King Mackerel, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Gray Triggerfish, Flounder, Gag Grouper, Black Drum, and whatever else is biting. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
You’ll step aboard a 24’ Blazer Bay Center console with room for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers and up-to-date electronics to guide you safely through these beautiful waters in search of big fish! Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. The charter boat covers your fishing license.
Kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. Don’t forget to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

6 Hour Trip – Gulf (AM)
Cpt Morgan was on point!
We booked a 6 hour private trip. Everyone was catching fish, everyone had a good time. Cpt Morgan was very attentive, staying on top of who needed fresh bait or fish taken off etc. Most importantly, he was on top of the weather, suggesting we cut the trip short just a little bit to beat a storm. Man am I glad we did too! We got back to the dock ten minutes before it started pouring for a few hours. That would’ve sucked to have been on the boat for that. We appreciated the heads up!

6 Hour Trip – Gulf (AM)
Spectacular Adventure
From the beginning of the trip the Captain advised us of the safe precautions the rules of the boat. And then our adventure began first he brought to some locations to catch our own bait fish. This alone was an amazing experience we then traveled to a few spots where we were met by a dolphin, we caught our limit of Red Snapper, however the adventure continues as we continued to catch different species of fish. Overall this was an amazing experience for our sons. Thanks for the adventure.

6 Hour Trip – Gulf (AM)
Family trip
Captain Kody was phenomenal to fish with. We had 2 first timers on this trip and he was super patient with them. The trip started slow with no fish in the first couple of spots but once he found the fish, it was on after that. I’ve personally been on several trips over the last several years and this trip with Kody ranks up there with the best of them. We can’t wait to come back and fish with Reel Addictions again.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore (PM)
Fun time!
The captain worked hard the entire time we were out to make sure we caught fish. We didn't catch anything really big, but we had a good time and we were able to bring some fish home. We did hook a couple of bigger fish,, but weren't able to get them in. That's why they call it fishing instead of catching. Thanks for a good time!

5 Hour Trip – Nearshore (AM)
I’d book Reel Addiction again!
Due to wind, weather and currents, fishing was a little slow, but Kody worked diligently to get us into a good position for success. Everyone on the boat caught 3 or 4, mostly Snappers. We kept a couple for dinner and they were quite tasty
