You will be fishing aboard the 'Fish Hook II', a 45' boat with a pair of Volvo engines. She is a spacious vessel that can comfortably hold up to 6 anglers. The Fish Hook II features bench seats and table, as well as a Pompanette full-support fighting chair, a V-berth, and a full head. She is also rigged with top-of-the-line electronics and professional accessories.
Their trips range from nighttime Shark fishing to a whole day out in the blue waters. You can enjoy your trip any day of the year, including the off-season that goes from November through February.
From trolling to bottom fishing, the crew can do it all. Stay closer to shore and get your hands on Spanish Mackerel and Kingfish. Head a bit further out for Mahi Mahi, Bonito, Jacks, Grouper, Black Seabass, Triggerfish, Snapper, and who knows what else?
If you are up to a challenge, explore the waters up to 50 miles out. Troll or bottom fish for anything from Grouper and Snapper to Triggerfish and Sailfish to name a few.
Just bring your food and drinks and hop onboard. The crew will provide you with everything you need to make a great catch possible.

My 12-year-old son and I did a 12-hour trip with Captain Ronnie and Cross as the deck hand. Captain Ronnie put us on a few spots that were off the hook. We caught Amber Jacks, Black Sea Bass, Grey Snapper, Vermilion Reds, Mahi, and King Mackerel. Lots of driving to get out there, and when on the troll but Cross kept it interesting. Next time I’m back, I will book with them again.
The day was an overall great time and experience. The fishing the weather and crew ( Capt Carson) made for non stop enjoyment The highlight of catches made was the shark ( leopard) We are already planning our next getaway with the Fish Hook and crew before this one ended Thank you again crew of Fish Hook for a great time with family and new friends made today
I planned this trip for my husband and he had a blast. We were catching sharks, bass, and others that I can’t remember. We went way out and had the most beautiful scenery! We’ll definitely take another trip with them. Carson and Roger were great!!
This was an amazing charter. Carson and Roger went above and beyond! We caught more fish than any other charter we’ve been on. Right off the bat we caught Bonito fish one after another, then we went out to deep sea fish and again caught one after another Black Seabass. These guys know what they’re doing and we’ll be back. My two 14 year old sons had a blast. Thank you Carson and Roger.
We went out on our very first charter (because my son loves fishing and I wanted to surprise him) and it was a good time! Trolled for a bit then did some bottom fishing. Captain Carson and mate Ronnie made sure everyone caught something! (Even my daughter, who didnt really want to participate but ended up having fun catching fish). 10/10 experience for us and I would definitely go back to them!
