Lady Mitchell specializes in 2 types of deep sea and sport fishing adventures out of Miami Beach, Florida. Book a trip and enjoy a day of fun in the sun or venture out to get to know the finest angling spots around.

Named after Clare Mitchell, the first lady captain at Haulover Beach Park Marina, the Lady Mitchell is a spacious 48' Ocean Yacht. She comes powered by twin 300 HP Detroit Diesel engines and can cruise at a top speed of 15 knots.

The Lady Mitchell is fully rigged with everything you need to make a great catch possible and have a pleasant day on the water, from a restroom on board and an air-conditioned cabin to outriggers and professional electronics.

Your trip will take you fishing from 2 to 10 miles offshore, where you will be able to hit the wrecks and reefs as well. The crew specializes in light and heavy tackle bottom fishing, spinning, kite fishing, jigging, and trolling. You can land anything that is in season and biting, including but not limited to Kingfish, Sailfish, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Mutton Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Jack, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Amberjack, and even Shark!

All trips aboard the Lady Mitchell include rods, reels, tackle, lures, live bait, and fishing licenses. Complimentary fish cleaning service is available after the trip.

Jesus and Danny were enjoyable partners for a few hours today. We shared some stories and enjoyed meeting both of them. Oh…yes, we also fished. 

Rough day with some rookie challenges, but Jesus and Danny were patient and considerate. It was one of those days where the entire trip could have been ruined by an ego or lack of patience, but was made to be perfect because of our crew.

Captain and Crew Over-Delivered

Half Day Trip (PM) on December 27, 2025 • 2 adults

We had a lot of factors working against us: afternoon charter, slow time of year for fish and other boats striking out. Nick and Steven had us on fish the whole time.  After catching 15 or so large yellow eye and vermillion snapper and trigger fish, we decided to go for some tuna.  We caught some big black fin tuna to close out the trip.  We’ll definitely be back.  Nice crew.  Great fishing.

We cane to Miami from Canada and got the pleasure of a great fishing trip! We were put onto the fish by our Captain and crew early and often. The team went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were taken care of! Highly recommended this for anyone looking to have a great fishing experience!

We had an incredible fishing trip with Captain Nick and his mate Daniel on Lady Mitchell.  They navigated some tricky swells and got us on the fish right away! True pros and such a pleasure to be out at sea with.  We caught two wahoo and five black fin tuna in just three hours!  My wife, 8-year old son and I had an absolute blast, and I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Great day on the water

We had a fantastic experience with the crew of the Lady Mitchell.  Our 14 year old son caught a bunch of fish, including one he had been missing fron his bucket list- a barracuda. We would highly recommend this charter!
