His boat is a 26' TwinVee center console that's powered by a pair of 140 HP Suzuki engines and can reach a comfortable top speed of 25 knots. Along with the necessary safety and navigation gear needed for a trip, the boat is outfitted with a portable toilet, as well as a wireless trolling motor. The latter comes especially handy when you've got easily-spooked fish nearby.
When it comes to the fish, the waters around Destin are blessed with a variety of species you can target during the year. From bottom feeders like Gag and Red Grouper, as well as Red and Mangrove Snapper, to gamefish like Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Amberjack, Cobia, and plenty more.
The Captain will supply you with all the necessary rods, reels, and terminal tackle for the trip. He'll also make sure to clean your catch after the trip is over so you don't have to bother with it later. Tim and I discussed what i wanted the trip to be about. He nailed it. Tim was very freindly and highly knowledgeable about the fish we where catching. My sons and grandson had a blast. TIM was early had great bait and was easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great trip with a great captain. Caught several different species including some really nice Spanish Mackerel. when the bite got slow he kept it fun. Caught 40 or better fish and missed several. Such a great trip.

The Air Force brought my family to the gulf coast in the early 1970's. I started fishing the local piers as a teenager in the early 80's. I purchased my first boat at 25 and have fished the local waters ever since. As a fisherman I like to get an early start, a live well full of bait and set out with a plan, taking advantage of any opportunities that develop along the way.
