Hook Up Fishing Charters boasts a brand new 2023 7.2 m centre console, which can comfortably fit 5 anglers without crossing rods. With 2 150 HP Suzuki engines and a cruising speed of 30 knots, you'll be on the fish before you know it. Along with fishfinder and Capt. Shawry's 25 years of experience fishing in this area, you'll have your lines in the water and reeling in your dream catch in no time.
You can expect a huge variety of fish on these trips. Everything from Spanish Mackerel, Giant Trevally, and Snapper, to Coral Trout, Nannygai, Red Emperor, and plenty more.
Kids are welcome on board, great for families. Beginners and experienced anglers will love these trips and the fishing opportunities they offer.

As soon as we met the captain, we felt comfortable. He was so calm and very friendly. He gave us a briefing on safety and the area where we were going to fish. We caught multiple different species of fish including a shark. The water was a little bit choppy, but i expected that in an open ocean. The captain is so knowledgeable about the sea and with the fishing techniques. He is also kind enough to hook up baits for us. Once again thank you so much for giving us such an incredible time out on the water and for being patience.

I had my son and two sons in law with me and had a great experience on the ocean and river system. The conversation with an experienced salty who knows people nearly as well as his fishing knowledge is worth the time on its own. We were aware the conditions were not great but the Skipper worked hard for us. If anyone is thinking about fishing this part of Australia Hooked Up is the perfect family charter to use.

Fantastic day on the river with Shawry. It was my partners first time fishing and between us we pulled in some good size bream and a puffer. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
