Lure and fly fishing for Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Giant Trevally, Golden Trevally, and many more. On these trips, you can expect to spin using light tackle. Capt. Rory also offers fly fishing, and you can bring your own fly gear.
You'll be fishing from a 16' ft Cairns custom craft Barra Tracker with a max capacity for 2 anglers. Hotel pick-up and use of all gear, drinks, and snacks are all included for the morning.
Bring along your polarised sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen, we'll sort out the rest.

We have fished all over Australia and we couldnt have been any happier with Rory and our charter, the boat and equipment was all quality. Rory was friendly and knowledgeable and was constantly working hard trying everything that was possible to catch us fish, especially when the fishing got tough in the middle of the day. Fishing is fishing but if you go with Rory you will get every opportunity to get amongst the fish

I've been fishing in North Queensland for over 30 years. I grew up fishing for Jungle Perch and Sooty Grunter along the banks of the Mulgrave River, which eventually developed into an obsession with Barramundi fishing. I then moved on to targeting big Barramundi, which became my passion and way of life for many years. These days, other guides follow me around trying to find my Barramundi spots! I started guiding to spend more time fishing and work in an industry I love. I've guided throughout Australia's Top End for sportfishing lodges and multiple luxury mothership operations. I'm very fortunate to have grown up in the Far North Queensland region, with access to so many different sportfishing opportunities and the remote backcountry right on my doorstep.
