Captain Kaleb has a brand new boat, with all the top electronics and gadgets. He can easily fit 4 anglers on his 22' Ranger, which has 150 HP and a cruising speed of 43 knots. Coupled with his extensive knowledge of the area, and fishfinder, he will have you on the fish in no time! He even has a Minn Kota Ulterra automatic trolling motor – so you can sneak up on the fish, while he gives you his full attention.
You will head into the shallows for Redfish. The boat's 12' draft lets you get deep into the skinny waters while its power poll will keep you in place, so you can fish your fill without drifting away! Bluetooth speakers will keep you entertained while waiting for the fish to bite. This all combines for a great fishing trip!
Light to heavy tackle is provided, as well as live bait. All sorts are used, from shrimps and blue crabs to finger mullets. Capt. Kaleb will prepare this beforehand for you, so you can spend maximum time focused on catching your next trophy fish! You can bring along your fly fishing equipment, and Capt. Kaleb will happily take you to the best spots to try your hand there.
On all trips, you will target Redfish, Black Drum, Seatrout, and Flounder. You will take in the beautiful sights of the Charleston landscape as you fish. The shorter trips are best for those just starting out fishing. Capt. Kaleb is more than happy to talk you through how to fish, and will teach you the tricks of the trade. You'll be coming back for the longer trips in no time!

Kaleb was punctual, highly communicative, and delivered an absolute masterclass from start to finish. His boat is slick, clean, and fully loaded, with great tunes playing while motoring out to set the vibe. Within minutes, he had us hooked up on quality Red Drum and Speckled Trout while teaching us a few new techniques along the way. He knows the local ecosystem inside and out, respects DNR rules to the letter, and is a stellar steward of the local fishery. Even as stormy weather approached at the end of the trip, he took his time and cheerfully cleaned all of our fish without rushing us off. A 10/10 experience—highly recommended for anyone looking for an incredible day on the water!

Captain Kaleb was amazing! It was my friends’ and my first time fishing, and we seriously could not have had a better experience. We caught so many fish, and Kaleb was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful the entire time. He taught us everything we needed to know and made it so much fun. He chartered the boat for us and made the whole day such a great time. We went in as complete beginners and left absolutely loving fishing. Couldn’t recommend Captain Kaleb enough!

super knowledgeable and patient with our kids very kind and knew exactly where to go to catch some fish, our son had a goal of 20 and caught his goal plus what we caught as a family of 4 plenty of fishing and catching was had today thanks to capt. Kaleb! we will absolutely be back for a shark :) (4 hour trip def worth it)
