Summer is here and that means our Lake Trout and Salmon boat is launching from the Marquette Upper Harbor. Catch a cooler full of Lake trout!
Inland Lake Walleye and Pike trips are available on our walleye boat. Catch and release is the common method for the walleye trips due to dnr regulations.
Spring and Fall- Join them for an exciting, fully-customizable outdoor adventure! You can go wading through the crystal-clear streams and rivers surrounding Marquette and Chase Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, and Steelhead. Spin casting, and drift fishing are the main techniques used in the River and the guides will provide you with all the necessary gear.
A variety of trips are available on foot, wading the rivers, from a walleye boat, or on the ice.
If you’re into something a bit cooler, December through March ice fishing is an option. Climb on the captain's snowmobiles and head out on the frozen lakes to fish. The team from MQT adventures offers a turn-key experience, everything is set up and ready to go as soon as you set foot on the ice. You’ll be supplied with heated shelters, a guide, underwater cameras, sonar, rods, bait, and tackle. You will know when the fight is about to start. You’ll be reeling in Perch, Pike, Crappie, Blue Gill, Rainbow Trout, Splake, Coho Salmon, and Whitefish from under the ice.

Had an awesome time fishing Lake Superior with MQT Adventures! The captain was great from start to finish and had us on fish quickly. We caught several fish throughout the trip and had a blast doing it. You can tell the captain knows Lake Superior and knows exactly what he’s doing. To top it all off, he even filleted our catch for us afterward, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a fishing charter in the Marquette area, I’d absolutely recommend MQT Adventures. Great captain, great fishing, and an all-around awesome experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🎣🔥
My family was visiting, and we booked a trip with Mike because our two 17-year-olds had recently gotten into fishing. The rest of us had little to no fishing experience. From the moment we got on the boat, Mike made everyone feel comfortable with his clear instructions and incredible knowledge. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and our boys even said they learned techniques they'll definitely use when fishing back home. Best of all, everyone caught multiple fish! Mike knew exactly where to go and how to coach each of us to make the trip fun and successful for anglers of all experience levels. We had an amazing time and made great memories as a family. Highly recommend Mike if you're looking for a knowledgeable, friendly guide who knows how to put you on the fish!
We had a great time with Mike and caught 10 huge trout. He’s knowledgeable about every aspect of fidhing snd we had three lines dropped at all times. He took us to the best spots on Lake Superior out of Marquette. Mike was fun, played good music and cleaned all of our catch. we were thrilled and would mist highly recommend this trip!
We had a lot of fun fishing with Mike. He made sure to walk us through the proper techniques to have the best chance at catching fish, which was really appreciated! If the fish weren’t biting in the spot we were at, he moved us to a new one so we had the best chance at success. We were the only ones out on the lake, which made it even more fun. My husband reeled in a 30” pike on the first cast! We had a great time and would definitley recomend Mike to others.
We took our 12 year old grandson out on his first charter fishing trip ams Captain Mike was great teaching our grandson what to do and not to do to be able to land the fish he put us on. Our grandson caught 4 nice size trout, 1 coho. We would recommend Captain Mike for your next fishing trip in the UP.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
