Located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, High Class Hooker Charters offers light tackle, saltwater fishing charters suitable for every type of angler. Captain Camille has over 18 years of experience fishing the waters of Sarasota Bay, as well as the surrounding waterways from Tampa Bay down to Charlotte Harbor.
Captain Camille is a professional, experienced guide, with plenty of knowledge of these waters. His trips come with a 'No Fish–No Pay Guarantee', because he's so confident that he'll be able to put you on fish. If your group doesn't catch fish, then your charter is free (deposit excluded). You'll be fishing from a 21' Mako 2018 21lts flats boat powered by a 225 HP Mercury Verado engine. There are padded seats and seat backs, so you'll ride in comfort to the hotspots. This boat is equipped with two large Ice Chests to store your catch and refreshments, two Power Pole Shallow Water Anchors for precision anchoring, a Minn Kota GPS enabled trolling motor, Garmin GPS/Sonar, and a large live well for plenty of bait.

These waters are teeming with some of the most sought-after gamefish around, including Snook, Sea Trout, Redfish, and Tarpon. Captain Camille was great with my sons! It was a bummer the rain kept us from going offshore, but still had a great time with dolphin and manatee sightings. Highly recommend taking a trip with Captain Camille!

In roughly 3 hours of fishing the 3 of us fishing landed more than 70 catches. We didn’t get to keep them all because of size and season restrictions but we still brought 36 to shore. Captain Camille cleaned all the fish for us with chef like precision (because he was a professional chef in his previous career). I can not say enough to recommend this captain and his charters! Thank you Captain Camille for your time, expertise, the amazing experience, and for your service to our country! I hope to do a lot more fishing and hunting with you in the future!!!

3/4 Day Trip on March 29, 2021 • 3 adults2 of my sons and I were able to fish with Captain Camille today. We had a great day on the water with 37 landed fish. Mostly snapper, some snook, grouper, 1 redfish, and catfish. We couldn't locate the reds. We found some tarpon but couldn't get a bite. Captain Camille is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very conversational. We learned he is an Army veteran and flew apaches. Having served in the air force myself and with a son in the army we enjoyed reminiscing and sharing military stories. We really enjoyed our day and would fish with Captain Camille and High Class Hooker s again.

Half Day Trip (PM) on January 12, 2021 • 3 adultsMy grandson was feeling pretty down after getting no bites fishing a half dozen times offshore. We booked this trip and asked for quantity of fish over big game fish. Captain Camille delivered. We caught Sheepshead, Pompano, Snook, lady fish, gag grouper, jack Cravalis, and catfish for approximately 30 to 35 fish. We took home 7 Sheepshead and 7 Pompano and released the rest. We couldn't have asked for a better haul. The captain has some good stories and was awesome keeping my grandson's line back in the water and catching fish. Thank you Captain Camille!

Growing up on a large dairy farm in western Massachusetts, there wasn't much for my brother and I to do once our chores were done, so we spent the majority of our free time stalking Trout through the mountain streams that flowed across our family's property. When I moved to Florida, I fell in love with the amazing fishery that is found in Sarasota and the surrounding areas including Tampa Bay, Venice, and Charlotte Harbor. I was very fortunate in that one of the first people I met when I moved here was one of the best guides in the area and over time he taught me the intricacies and tactics for successfully fishing both the inshore and offshore waters of the greater Sarasota area. Now, many years later the area waterways feel more like home to me than any other place on Earth.
