If you are looking for an awesome classic fishing adventure, then Gritwater Outfitters USA will be the perfect match for you. With decades of experience, Captain Terry Martin will make sure you have a fantastic time on the water with him.
You will spend the day on a 22' Twin Vee center console boat. Built in 2017, she still has that new boat smell and will offer you a smooth ride. With a 150 HP Suzuki engine, fishfinder, and Capt. Terry's great knowledge of this area, you'll be on the fish with your lines in the water before you know it.
This vessel can take 5 anglers out, but the captain suggests, for maximum comfort, groups of 4. Children over 3 are more than welcome on board. Life vests for them are provided for.
You will head out a maximum of nine miles out. This makes these trips great for beginners who want to get a taste of offshore fishing, chasing Red Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Red Grouper, Black Seabass, Cobia, and many more. You will fish to state limits, which Capt. Terry is confident you will reach on the longer trip.
You will use a mix of live bait and lures. When live bait is used, Capt. Terry usually prepares it before you begin the trip, so you can have maximum time on the water chasing your dream fish. Depending on the bait and the fish you are targeting that day, you might have the opportunity to catch the live bait too.
You only need to worry about bringing along some snacks and plenty of water. Gritwater Outfitters USA will supply everything else – all rods, reels, and bait are included. Capt. Terry will also fillet the fish for you after the trip, so you just have to decide how you want to cook them once you get home!

The weather for offshore fishing didn’t cooperate, but Captain Terry provided us with some inshore fishing. Captain and first mate were very attentive and worked hard to make our trip great.
