You’ll be setting sail on a 23’ Van Diaz center console boat. She can comfortably accommodate up to 4 anglers and is equipped with outriggers to really maximize your fishing experience. She’s decked out with top-quality navigational and safety equipment, including life jackets for anglers of all ages. She’ll have you cruising around the islands and coastlines in maximum comfort and safety.
As for the species you’ll be targeting? Get ready to reel in some seriously impressive fish as you experience the best scenery that this part of the world has to offer. I have fished the Baja area since 1958 and have not met anyone as friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and fun to fish with than Jorge and Alberto. They always answered questions prior to our fishing day quickly. They were on time, efficient, helpful and instructional. Yes we did catch fish while many others did not and the tuna was very delicious that we ate tonight.Highly recommend.them.

Good crew. Had nice lunch on island. Caught fish of lifetime. 220lb striped marlin. Son caught one a little smaller. Would do it again

Here he met his wife, whose father is the famous captain, Robert Ross. From this point onwards, Capt. Jorge moved on to working on bigger boats, before eventually buying his own fleet and creating Bad Influence Sportfishing. His favorite part of the job is that it doesn't feel like a job at all! He is happiest when fishing, especially when it involves helping customers reel in their dream catch. He also has some serious bragging rights under his belt – once he landed a Yellowfin Tuna so big that it made the world record! It came in at a whopping 424 pounds and took him 1 hour and 45 minutes to reel in on a 50 lb line. What better way to experience the beautiful waters of Loreto, Baja California than under his guidance?
