Delray Beach and its waters have a lot to offer to both seasoned anglers and novices, and all you need is good weather and an even better boat. Thankfully, your guide has a 18’ Carolina Skiff that’s perfectly suited to take you to the most bountiful fishing grounds. She’s powered by a 70 HP Suzuki engine and can accommodate up to 3 anglers, or 2 adults with two kids under the age of 16.
On board, you’ll find quality rods, reels, and tackle, so you don’t have to pack your own for this expedition. If you’re fond of fly fishing, Capt. Brian can take you to the best spots, though you should bring your own fly fishing equipment. Live bait will be provided for you, and you will be casting your line 15 minutes after you move out.
When it comes to your prey, you will be going after a colorful mixed bag of catch on your half-day trip. Peacock Bass, Largemouth Bass, and Clown Knife Fish could all easily find their way to your line, and then it’s up to you to keep or release them. All of these species will give a proper fight before you manage to reel them in, not to mention they look great on photos.
Capt. Brian loves having kids on his boat, for him, it’s a great joy to teach them the fishing basics and watch them hook their first catch. This means you’re welcome to bring your little ones for a family fishing jaunt, they will have a wonderful time. Also, remember to bring some snacks and drinks to keep your energy.

Definitely worth booking
I definitely recommend booking with this charter. We caught six species, he is willing to do all the work for you if you please. Baiting your hooks, netting the fish, even taking them off and releasing them if your someone who doesn't want to touch anything. He will do his best to keep consistent action, if it slows down he moves to find fish. If your looking for a nice inland lake/canals fishing trip, this is your guy. No complaints on my end.

Wow! Fish On, and On!
I waited 10-years for the opportunity to catch a Peacock Bass and Captain Kmiotek made it happen for my friend Mike and me. Did he ever make it happen. We caught Peacocks all day, some large-mouth bass, and at the end, at Captain Kmiotek's suggestion, a Ghost Knife Fish. Great boat, Great trip, but most important, a Great Captain. Half Day Trip
Such a great morning
Captain Brian showed us such a beautiful morning of fishing. He took us to all the best spots and kept us reeling in the fish. We had en experiences fisher and a newbie on the trip and Brian was able to keep them both going. It was also fascinating to be on the canals and feel hidden right in plain sight of the neighborhoods. We caught peacock bass, Mayan cichlid, large mouth, and a striped hybrid bass.
