Fishing with Captain David Glasser of Fishing Devotion Charters
6 hour Nearshore Morning Trip on February 27, 20262 adults

Fishing with Captain David was a great experience. My buddy, Steve, and I caught many redfish and trout due to Captain David’s knowledge of the territory and technical expertise. Captain David was born and raised in Cocoa Beach and has fished these waters all his life. It was a great day to be with him and on the water. I would definitely and highly recommend Captain David as a guide and I hope to fish with him again in the future.

Fun for the whole family
4 Hour Nearshore Trip on December 30, 20252 adults2 children

This was our first family fishing outing with our 7yo and 9yo. Fun was had by all! While we didn’t have a ton of luck getting keepers, that was more due to weather than any shortcoming on Captain Davids fault. My 7yo and 9yo did both at least catch a few. my 7yo was so proud of catching his first fish that was a keeper and the captain had a good recommendation on where to get it cooked. nothing quite beats the joy of seeing a 7yo eating his first fish. would not hesitate to go back out with Captain David again in the future.

Reported catch:
Spanish Mackerel
Tripletail
Skipjack

Hello Rich, thank you for taking the time to leave me a review. I enjoyed having your family on my boat out fishing at the port. I was happy to hear that your son Grant was able to eat some of the fish that he caught today. that's always really special when you're a kid and you get to eat your first fish that you catch. I hope to see you guys again in the future for a fishing trip. Enjoy the rest of your stay in florida. thank you again and best regards! sincerely, Captain David PS - here's a couple of pics of the sunset that we got to see while fishing.

Captain David top man
6 Hour Offshore Morning Trip on January 12, 20262 adults

Our six hour off shore trip started with trawling and resulted in a decent size king fish, this was followed with bottom fishing and wreck fishing resulting in numerouse types of fish of all sizes. The pick of the catch being a 10ft shark which took over half hour to bring in. Cpt David was very knowledgeable and safty conscious. I would recommend him and his boat to anyone looking for a safe enjoyable fishing adventure. we will be returning.

Exceeded Expectations
4 Hour Nearshore Trip on January 2, 20262 adults2 children

Fishing with Capitan David and Devotion Charters was easily the highlight of our vacation. David went above and beyond when helping our 12 and 6 year old catch fish. Keeping the kids baited up and lines in the water every minute of the adventure. From the beginning to the end David made sure we were happy and in the fish! Book with Devotion Charters, you will not be disappointed!

Angler's Choice

The Angler's Choice Award is given to listings that consistently deliver a high-quality service and earn great reviews from customers.

Born and raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida, I've been fishing the local waters since I was a kid. With saltwater fishing in my blood, it's more than just a profession - it's a lifelong passion. Over the years, I've learned countless techniques for targeting a wide variety of saltwater species. Whether it's chasing redfish on the flats, battling big snook, or going after offshore giants, I love the challenge and the thrill of the catch. In 2018, I turned my passion into a profession by earning my captain's license and launching my own charter fishing business. Nothing brings me more joy than helping others experience the excitement of saltwater fishing - whether it's someone catching their first fish or landing their personal best. Come aboard and let's make some unforgettable memories on the water!
