The GPS and fishfinder will also give you that extra edge when stalking your prey.
The short ride to the fishing grounds will be in comfort, as the boat has a restroom, kitchen, bed, shower, and a multimedia system. This is the best way to fish! This makes this trip great for people who have not been on the water before, as well as seasoned anglers.

We pulled in 3 lake trout and 5 kings and lost 2 in less then 2 hours. The weather was going to get even worse so I called it a day. Gleen knows what he's doing and he made me and my fishing buddy welcome. I highly recommend hiring this charter when there is only two of you.

Glenn was very kind and offered advice on how I could feel less sick, and he set my dad and boyfriend up for success on reeling in some huge fish! I’d highly recommend him to everyone!

3/4 Day Trip (PM) on May 8, 2021 • 4 adultsThis was a GREAT TRIP!!!! Fished in 125' to 220' feet of water a few miles off shore. Plenty of Coho and Steelhead action from top water down to 40'. Big lake trout hanging out in the deep. Glenn is an Engineer by trade, takes his engineering passion to FISHING..."Always Improve and Evolve in a Process!!" Glenn's Father was a Captain and Glenn has carried on the family tradition. Glenn has built his own rod holders, back plate that holds the down riggers, very impressive skill sets he has. His JOKES all day are pretty entertaining TOO!!!! His boat is an older boat, very well maintained. Bathroom is small and not for a prissy PRINCESS...lol..... This is a solid fishing boat, geared up to CATCH FISH!!! I would say this boat can easily hold 4 adults comfortable or 2 adults and 3 kids. 2 nice padded benches to sit on in the boat and a big cooler to sit on out back. Glenn works his butt off for 6 hours, changing it up every 20 minutes until he finds the bite. If the fish are in the area....GLENN WILL FIND THEM!!! The St. Joseph area holds BIG FISH, deep water faster off shore than Winthrop Harbor/Waukegan, Illinois area. The BIG KINGS do roll thru this area part of the summer, call Glenn for details and how the bite is. The summer LAKE MICHIGAN FISHING TOURNAMENTS are in THIS AREA FOR A REASON...."CAUSE IT HOLDS BIG FISH!" Bring your camera or get your cell phone camera ready, the light house is awesome. lots of photo opportunity on the way in and out from his slip!!! I got lucky and caught the two light house lights on at the SAME TIME!!! Glenn said nobody can do it....I GOT THE SHOT!!! 5 STAR FISHING EXPERIENCE!! Glenn knows his FISHING!!! Cleaned our fish, all bagged up. Bring a cooler with some ice for the ride home....cause...YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT!!!!! Fish on my friends....FISH ON!! Pauly

Captain Glenn Kimmerly began fishing when he was 6 years old and hasn't stopped since. He became a captain at just 18 years old, nearly 5 decades ago. He has always fished Lake Michigan, so you are in very capable hands fishing with him. One of his proudest moments was when he hooked a 32 lb Chinook Salmon. The best part of the job is getting out on the lake with good company and having a great day out. He is looking forward to welcoming you on board.
