Florida Inshore Fishing Charters and Captain Keith Benson invite you to join them in Hernando Beach and explore the beautiful West Coast of Florida. Check what's biting in the backcountry waters and enjoy great fishing spots close to the shore. You can also go scalloping with your friends and family. Or use this time to just sit back, relax, and take in all the beauty.
Capt. Keith welcomes you aboard his 23' Shoalwater bay boat. She's powered by a single 200 HP Suzuki engine and can drift in 5 inches of water. The boat can accommodate up to 4 anglers to fish in comfort. She has a tower for sight fishing, and also a power pole to keep you in the most productive spots.
On your day out, you will target a variety of fish species that are available in this area year round. Capt. Keith will take you to the mangroves and grass flats for Redfish, Snook, Grouper, Cobia, and Spotted Seatrout, to name a few.
If you would like to try something different, Florida Inshore Fishing Charters has something special for you –- scalloping trips! The season is open from the beginning of July until late September. These trips are a popular activity for the whole family. Don't forget to bring your kids with you, as they enjoy them the most!
Your fishing trip includes all the necessary fishing licenses, rods, reels, tackle, water, lures, and bait. After the trip, all the catch you decide to keep will be cleaned for you. You can bring your own snacks and drinks, but most importantly, you need to bring a friendly attitude. Start your trip here!
