Brought my grandson to Los Barriles for fishing. Booked a full day for billfish etc. in September and very pleased with the company and our new friend Julio the captain and guide. I requested that we would be the 2nd mate as my grandson and I are experienced in ocean fishing with our own boat. However we learned a lot from Julio who is very professional, pays attention to the goal and is successful. We caught sailfish,yellowtail tuna, dorado and also bottom fish. I also lost a wahoo. Book it!

The season had not started yet, Fishing was slow but our Caption new where to take us! We caught Pargo (Snapper), and Rosterfish. What a blast, someone always had a fish on. The crew fileted the catch, and the Buena Vista Resort restaurant, the chef and the staff treated us to a 5 star meal with the fish we caught that morning. What an experience for the grandkids!

Julio was a friendly and professional Captain. Boat was clean and ran well. While Dorado fishing was slow all week for all anglers, Julio changed things up after a couple hours and successfully went for Marlin. Any trip that includes a nearly 100 pound Marlin is a good trip. Thank you!

The bite wasn't super hot, but we were still able to hook a striped marlin. Felipe was very accommodating to my father and I! He was in time, eager to catch fish, very positive, and willing to share his tips and trips. While reeling in the catch he was very calm, and gave great direction! Will definitely holler at him again when I am back in town!

I have had the privilege of living by the Sea of Cortez all my life. Besides just being our business, fishing has been my passion since I was a kid. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
