They are a skilled and knowledgeable crew with over 20 years of combined experience. Nauti Ventures offers half day, 3/4 day, and full day adventures with both inshore and offshore trips available.

Join them aboard the 42' Luhrs boat. This beauty combines the best of both worlds – the comfort of a luxurious yacht and top professional fishing gadgets. It features twin 430 HP Cummins engines, a flybridge, outriggers, tuna tubes, a fighting chair, a livewell, and an ice-box.

Just add a restroom with a shower, a kitchen, beds, air conditioning, and many other goodies on top of that, and get ready for the ultimate experience on the water. The boat can comfortably carry up to 10 anglers fishing at the same time.

Quepos waters are famous for all kinds of Marlin, as well as Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, and Sailfish. Offshore trips usually take place 25 to 40 miles from the coast. In addition to the aforementioned deep-sea species, you'll also get to target the likes of Roosterfish, Amberjack, and Snapper, depending on the fishing location and your preferences.

You'll be supplied with top-tier fishing gear, mostly by Shimano, as well as live bait and lures. Fly fishing is also an option if you bring your own gear. Fishing licenses are easily purchased at the marina for only $16 per person per day. Just bring some sunscreen and sunglasses, and Nauti Ventures will take care of everything else.

Full Day Offshore Fishing Trip on February 10, 2026 • 10 adults

The boat is well equipped and has several areas to hang out while waiting for the fish to arrive. I can't say enough about the Captain and Crew. They were friendly and helpful, but most of all they made the day special for everyone. As a blind person I was worried that I wouldn't be given the same experiences as the other people in the group. The team helped me by having me feel everything so I would know what to expect, and when the fish was on the line they let me bring it in the same as the others. I felt included and so excited when that fish finally was landed. This was a family event for us and it was the highlight of our trip! Everyone talked about it for the rest of our time together and it will be a wonderful memory for us going forward. Thank you for this great experience!

The crew knew exactly where the fish were—we were pulling them in all day long! It was nonstop action, and every moment was a thrill. The team on board was not only professional and skilled but also super friendly and helpful. You could tell they were passionate about what they do, and their knowledge of the local waters made all the difference. Whether it was baiting hooks, giving tips, or celebrating each catch, they were on it. If (or rather when) we come back to Costa Rica, there's no question—we're booking with Nauti Ventures again. From beginning to end our experience with this company was wonderful. The owner contacted us immediately after booking and explained the process to us. I made a huge mistake with the dates but they were so kind and accommodating and fixed everything for us. His crew was stellar and very professional but still making you feel comfortable at all times. My dad's dream has always been to fish in CR and catch a sailfish. Well, the crew made it happen for him and he was so excited. The boat was fully equipped with all the gear necessary to have a productive day out. The crew worked nonstop to facilitate things for us. We got 2 large sailfish and a nice looking tuna. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in deep sea fishing in Costa Rica.

Capitan Chompy and his crew were excellent and put us on the fish. Are party of 4 ended up landing 11 sails and lost one near the boat on a full day trip. We had several othrs come up in the spread that didnt hook up. Crew worked extremely hard all day and they were excellent with my kids as well. could not have asked for a better day on the water

Boat and crew were awesome. Fishing could have been better but we did catch dinner with 3 snapper. We were hoping for rooster fish but they weren't cooperating. Overall I recomend these guys, they worked hard and everyone enjoyed the day.
