Big game fish species often seem out of reach but Rosa Del Mar will get you there! Living in Cabo San Lucas, they are blessed with great fishing opportunities year round. But their real advantage is the experienced, professional and English-speaking crew, whose main goal is to provide you with a spectacular day on the water.
The crew welcomes you aboard their 31’ Bertram offshore boat. She easily accommodates up to 6 guests and there’s enough room for everybody to fish in comfort. The boat is powered by twin 260 HP Cummins engines and also features a private toilet, 2 beds, a fighting chair, outriggers, and tuna tubes.
Los Cabos offers countless amounts of Tuna, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Spanish Mackerel, Yellowtail Amberjack, Wahoo and more. Each of these is fast, provides a great fight, and will not surrender that easily. Get ready for some serious offshore action and hold your rod tight!
The crew will provide you with a top-notch Penn fishing equipment, lures, and live bait. Feel free to bring your snacks and drinks. There’s a cooler on the boat that will keep them fresh and cold at all times. Billfish have to be released but there’s also a catch you can keep. After the trip, at the marina, you can have it cleaned and filleted for a small charge.

Half Day Fishing Trip
Great trip with my kids
Excellent trip today. We booked a five hour trip for my family. Myself, my 14-year-old daughter and my 12 year-old son made it to the boat just prior to 7 AM, with a cab ride from our resort. You could easily buy fishing licenses, right where the boat was, and you can buy extra bait if you need to (this is good for feeding the seals at end of day if you have extra… kids favourite part). About half the time was spent fishing in a really good spot and the other half of the time was spent getting there and back with the fishing rods in the water. It is nice because the scenery is beautiful and you're hoping for a bite. But when you finally do get into them… It's awesome. We caught four Dorados, two of them were quite big and pretty fun. We had a marlin on the line for a minute or two unfortunately it broke off.. Our guide Chino was awesome. Super friendly, hustled his butt off to make everything just right, showed us what to do and helped us with all the gear. He hooked into the fish and gave us the rod while we brought the fish in. I understand now why a lot of of these fishing boats want you to do eight hours. We were catching fish and things were going great but we had to go back. Three more hours in the honey hole would've probably landed more fish and a marlin I bet. We saw a Marlin swim under the boat, we saw a guy right beside us with a marlin on (confirmed on the spectacular jump) and we had a marlin for a minute. They're out there!! It's cool. Little more time… for sure! Great memories for the family. Thank you to the crew for a safe and good journey.

Half Day Fishing Trip
Diligent captian and crew!
Captain Carlos was doing everything thing to put us on the fish (Marlin). We caught a dorado and had a blast just being out there. 1st mate Chino professional at what he does, very passionate about fishing and loves catching them. Great communication between cap and crew, always checking to see if baits were still good and attention to each rod on deck was impressive. Would highly recommend to book a charter with them.

Half Day Fishing Trip
Did Everything to Put You on Fish
It was a relatively slow day on the water. Other boats passing by said the same. Of the 10+ charters I've been on, however, these guys worked the hardest to put us on fish. We did every method possible pretty much and eventually landed on a school of rooster fish. 4 rooster fish and a bonito +1 rooster that got off. Great time overall.

Amazing crew- you will catch fish!
Little tricky to find the dock- wish we knew location in advance. Once on boat- great crew. You can stop at a little store prior to going out to buy snacks and drinks. Caught a huge marlin and mahi mahi. Took the fish to be butchered and to a local restaurant to eat. Amazing experience all around.

Unforgettable Fishing Trip – Highly Recommended!
Just got back from one of the best fishing trips I've ever been on, and I had to share the experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch — the crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had a great time on the water. The boat was clean, spacious, and well-equipped.
