Kovach Fishing Charters
Kovach Fishing Charters specializes in bottom fishing and trolling the waters surrounding Jensen Beach, FL in search of various fun local species that are sure to delight all anglers. Offshore, nearshore and inshore, Captain Kevin Kovach has experience fishing all the local fishing grounds and will be able to adjust the trip to better fit the preferences and experience level of your group.
Come aboard the captain’s 26’ Twin Vee Ocean-cat and experience fishing on one of the smoothest riding boats out there. The boat is a 2018 model, powered by dual 150 HP Suzuki engines and equipped with the latest electronics and safety equipment. The maximum capacity of the vessel is 6 guests, who can all fish comfortably at the same time. There is also a hardtop to protect you from the sun, as well as a portable toilet.
You will be provided with all the things you’ll need to fish. This includes top-of-the-line Penn gear, fishing licenses, and live bait – caught before the trip and always included in the price. There is no minimum age for kids joining in on the trips. You do, however, need to let the captain know if your group has kids in it, so he’s able to have appropriate life vests on board.
Captain asks all guests to arrive 30 to 15 minutes ahead of the trip. Things you should bring on board are sun protection, sunglasses, towels, beverages, and food. There is a cooler for drinks and food and a second icebox for the catch.

Full Day Trip – Offshore
What a Day on the Water!!
We had an unforgettable time on our first-ever family fishing charter! The weather was perfect — sunny and clear all day. We were lucky enough to hook some BIG fish, and the excitement was nonstop. The captain was super friendly and made sure we didn’t go home empty-handed. We truly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to go again!

Great day!
Took this trip with my wife, our 2 kids, and my mom and dad. We had a great time and had beautiful weather. Captain Kevin is awesome, great guy! After he fileted our fish, we took them to Conchy Joe's around the corner and they prepared them for lunch. Delicious! Can't wait to do it again. We all highly recommend Kovach Fishing Charters!

Captain Kevin was a very nice a knowledgeable person and a great teacher for beginners, we had a rough start with fish for the day but we finished off strong with a beautiful king fish and plenty of fun small fish from the bottom. 10/10 would recommend a trip with kevin, worth every penny!
