When you’re looking to get your fill of thrilling inshore fishing action, turn to Topp Dogg Fishing Guides! Captain Alan Pereyra runs private bay trips all over Galveston Bay Complex and he’s got over 18 years of professional angling experience working for him and his customers.

Capt. Alan makes it his mission to organize a fun and productive fishing adventure for you and he’ll always try to accommodate your personal fishing preferences. When fishing with him, you’ll focus on targeting Speckled Trout and Redfish in the prolific Galveston waters. Other seasonal species including Flounder, Bull Reds, Sand Seatrout, and Black Drum could also easily find their way to your line.

Live bait is irresistible to the fish species you’ll be targeting, especially live croaker and shrimp (used depending on the season). There’s an additional charge (around $15 per angler) to use live bait, but it’s well worth it.

Your ride and fishing platform is a reliable 24’ Kenner bay boat with a 250 HP Suzuki engine and more than enough room to accommodate up to 3 anglers. The vessel is a quality fishing machine with top-of-the-line navigational equipment and all USCG approved safety equipment.

There’s also non-slip flooring on board, so you can move around easily. Bear in mind that glass isn’t allowed on board.

When it comes to the fishing equipment, Capt. Alan will provide top-of-the-line Waterloo rods and Penn spinning reels and braided line for you. Having the best fishing gear and tackle will allow you to catch more fish.

Before you come aboard, you should have a valid Texas fishing license with you, along with drinks and snacks to last the day. Your experienced and friendly guide will take care of everything else.

Capt. Alan loves having kids on board (6+ years) – he’s a patient teacher who will help your little ones to catch their first fish.

Whether you’re a beginner angler or a pro, you’re going to have a blast fishing with Topp Dogg Fishing Guides!
