Lake Minnetonka is one of the best, most underrated fishing lakes in the land of 10,000 lakes. Our crew can work with large corporate events and even coordinate tournament-style competitive trips as a fun event.
Capt. Dusty will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 7-hour trips, mainly fishing for Bass both largemouth and small. Sunfish, Muskellunge, Pike, Crappie, and Walleye, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, trolling, ice fishing, jigging, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 23' Mako boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with an ice-box and a wireless trolling motor.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

Super fun day! Started with lunch at Lord Fletchers where the charter was waiting for our party of 6. Powerful engine which made it fun just getting to the first fishing spots. Captain Dusty was extremely knowledgeable and patient since several of us have rarely fished. The group caught about 20 Northern and Bass with an almost Muskie catch. Our San Diego guests said it was the best day ever in Minnesota. We’ll be booking with Dusty again.
We had the opportunity to go out on a fishing trip with Captain Dusty. We had a great time! Dusty got us into some spring crappies. It was a bit of a frenzy with all of the fish we were catching. In our group, we had 5 13 yr olds, and one adult. he was great getting us set up and helped with removing fish and untangling lines. He had tons of patience and knew exactly where the fish were! I would highly recommend DH custom Rods for any of your fishing trips!

We had six people on the boat, three were novice. Everyone caught Fish! From largemouth bass to northern pike. Captain Dusty did everything from tutor on how to fish to explain a bit about each species we caught. Fastastic day on the water!!! could not more highly recommend this outing
We had a great time! There were 6 of us and we all caught fish, including the 4 and 8 year old. Captain Dusty was very patient with all of us and clear with his instructions. . He took all the pics so we could keep fishing. We'd definitely go again.
What a professional captain. There is nothing like meeting a boat captain with a smile on his face and ready to fish! Not only does he know the waters & depths like the back of his hand, but he puts you on the fish and knows the perfect place to drop the bait for the big bite. He is amazing with young anglers, answers every question, while sharing his knowledge of the fish and lake. You are missing out if you don't book with Dusty. He takes his time to take photos to share with family or on social media. Thank you for an awesome time today!
