You'll be fishing from his 25' Majek bay boat that runs on a 300 HP Suzuki engine. There's enough room here for up to 6 guests, so bring a few friends along and come aboard. The boat has all the necessary safety gear and navigational electronics to ensure a safe and productive day on the water.
When it comes to the fishing itself, you're in for a fun time exploring these Texan inshore waters and flats. Your trip starts with a 15–20 minute boat ride to the fishing spots, allowing you to also do a bit of sightseeing of the local islands. When you start fishing you'll be targeting Trout and Redfish for the most part, but there's also Sheepshead, Flounder, Black Drum, and others out there.
All the necessary rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the trip price. There's also some water and soda on the boat, but you're more than welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Other things you should bring include polarized sunglasses and sunscreen for the best possible experience. Come on down and get ready to catch some fish!

My best friend and I have been friends since we were 10 years old, and now in our 50s we decided to spend a girls weekend in Padre Island. One of the best parts of our trip was our fishing trip with Get’m Hook’d Fishing Charter and Captain Arturo! We had such a great time, caught fish, laughed nonstop, and made even more wonderful memories together. Captain Arturo was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. We highly recommend booking a trip with him if you’re visiting Padre Island!
Although the fish weren't cooperating, as other guides had similar challenges that day, Arturo made it fun and we kept aggressively working the schools of fish. We caught 3 keepers and still had a great time and will fish again next year with Arturo.
we had a young angler catch his first fish. Captain you understood the assignment and made it happen for him. the whole family hada great time. Captain is very friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable. He put us on the fish!!
we took a short trip because we didn’t know what to expect and my only regret is that we took a short trip lol! Captian was fun, informative and played good music! boat was clean a spacious !!
