You’ll meet in Belgrade and travel to Valjevo, which is a 1.5 hour ride and fish on Gradac river. Fishing is catch and release only because of local regulations. You can ask your guide to recommend a place to stay or book it through him.

Bring your own equipment or rent it from Tihomir. He also makes his own flies and you can get a few for free. You’ll also need to purchase your fishing license, proper clothing, and bring your food and drinks. As the water is usually cold, you can cool your drinks there, so no need to bring a cooler.
