Whether you are a beginner who has never held a rod in their hands, a seasoned professional, or just want to introduce your kids to fishing, you have found the right place. With Captain Brett, you don't have to travel too far out to enjoy an outstanding bite. There is a lot of fun for less money!
There is no need to limit yourself to backwater fishing. If the weather cooperates, you can venture out into the Gulf for a healthy dose of Snapper, King Mackerel, and Grouper.
Or just stay within the calm waters of Pensacola Bay and explore the inshore bite. Get your hands on Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, and Spanish Mackerel. And don't forget about Sharks that can be caught any time of the day!
All trips come with fishing licenses, tackle, ice, quality rods and reels, and fish cleaning. It's a good idea to bring your own food, drinks, sunscreen, a car, a small cooler to take your catch home with you, and a camera.
Bout Time Charters will welcome you, your friends, and family aboard a Federally Permitted 31' Cape Horn. This is one of the bigger boats in the fleet. This is a clean, seaworthy boat that comes powered by a pair of 300 HP Suzuki engines. There is plenty of fishing space for up to 6 anglers.
The boat is outfitted with state-of-the-art navigational and fishfinding electronics, as well as other professional tools and accessories. Its Minn Kota i-Pilot trolling motor will hold you on the spot all day and the t-top will provide extra shade. All aboard!

Had an unforgettable day with Brett at Bout Time Charters! From the start, he kept us updated on weather and sea conditions and made sure everyone felt comfortable—even if you’re new to offshore fishing. Once we headed 18 miles out, the action didn’t stop: we hit our limit of Vermilion Snapper and even caught several other species. Brett’s experience, professionalism, and easygoing personality made the whole trip smooth, fun, and stress-free. Captain Brett was great to work with! With a family of 5, I wasn't sure what type of trip would be best. He answered my many questions before the trip and checked in with me before the trip. We did a 6 hr trip and spent time both near shore catching Spanish Mackerel and then went off shore to catch Vermillion Snapper and Amberjack. What an amazing trip! Captain Brett was great with the kids and attentive to what we wanted to do. I would recommend him to anyone! We drove an hour to charter with him and would gladly do it again! Thanks for a great trip!

Caught our limit of Vermillion Snapper in no time and headed out further and snagged several Red Snapper and Grouper, as well as plenty other fish we released back. Probably caught 80+ fish! Was a great trip for the kids and their first time offshore fishing. And the dads had a great time as well! Thanks to Captain Brett and his deckhand Carrie for a great trip!

Captain Brett was awesome! He was so helpful to our younger party but also helped the old lady too. He put us right on the fish. He had the best tunes and the ride off shore was wild. We had a great family outing. I highly recommend using Captain Brett..you won’t regret it.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
