Captain Brett was the nicest person from the get go, shook our hands and met us at the dock early to get out there! He has the best playlist while you’re on the water too! The fishing is top
Notch too, he works his tail off to get you fish to eat and bring home and then also to hook up and catch monsters! We caught over 50 fish total all different types. He is a very kind and personable person, you can tell he loves what he does and has the best time doing so. Lastly, you can tell he cares as he offered us drinks and cleaned our fish as we had a nice chat at the dock afterwards, if you want the perfect person to show you a good time on the water this is your trip!!!!!

I’ve spent 10 years in the outdoor industry as a Turkey guide in Northeast Missouri and can spot BS and have seen a lot of BS in the industry and this man is the real deal and knows his stuff 100% squared away and wants you to catch just as bad as you want to if not more we met Captain Brett at 0530 he had drinks snacks and frozen bait on board we went and caught live bait then headed out after red snapper the bite was slow but Brett worked is butt off to find fish after catching a 4 person limit of red snapper we moved to mangoes caught them until we was ready to move onto bigger targets ended up hooking a monster shark that unfortunately broke off after a hour and 15 min which gassed all of us on the boat when the shark broke off his heart sank just as hard if not harder then ours did if your in the Pensacola area and don’t book with Brett your making a mistake would 1000% rebook with him agin left the day hot tired with an amazing experience started the day as a guided business transaction ended the day with a friend you won’t find me on a boat with anyone else

Captain Brett, easy going, make yourself at home kinda guy, with 10+ year’s experience in the Gulf. He speaks fish; knows where they like to hang out and when we should “drop in!”  Boat is clean and plenty fast, hold’on to your hat and your seat!  Fished deep sea (100 ft or so) and used live and frozen baits…both worked well for us! Captain navigated us around an inbound storm, found the fish in tough conditions, and we had so much fun we asked for an extra hour and he “hooked” us up. Overall, great experience with my son, nephews, bro-in-law and daughters boyfriend. Memories made and plan to make Captain Brett our lifelong Sea Captain whenever we visit the gulf.

I’ve been lucky to find Capt. Brett Tennant and Bout Time Charters.  My family has been going to Pensacola Beach for years and we ALWAYS make it a point to go fishing with Capt. Brett on each trip.  His boat is immaculate, his gear is in great shape, he’s always on schedule,  but most importantly, he’s just really passionate about making sure his guests enjoy a day on the water and catching fish.  As long as Capt. Brett continues running his charters, I won’t even consider another charter service.

Cap Brett was waiting at the dock when we showed up to greet us. We loaded our stuff on the boat and headed out to catch bait. We caught our bait and went to fishing started catching em right off caught our red snappers even caught a mahi mahi. We hooked 3 sharks and if u want a fight they give a heck of one. Cap Brett is for sure an awesome Captain he treats u just like family felt like i knew him already i will definitely be rebooking with him! Hands down amazing trip!!!
