Join NSB Shark Hunters for a once-in-a-lifetime fishing adventure! Captain Dustin Smith will help you catch some real monsters from the sandy New Smyrna Beach, known as the 'Shark Bite Capital of the World'.
If you want to have a relaxed, enjoyable experience, you can join them in the evening, and watch the moon rise on the horizon with a rod in your hands.
You don't have anything to worry about in advance, except for getting a valid Florida fishing license and bringing it with you, as well as the Shark fishing permit course, which is available for free from the FWC. All the equipment will be provided, including rods, rigs, and bait.
Target different species of sharks, like Bull, Hammerhead, Blacktip, Lemon, and Tiger Shark. It's a very exciting challenge that you surely won't forget!
Feel free to bring your family along with you since you only pay if you're fishing, and spectating is free. ( spectators need to bring their own chairs) Anglers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Since you'll be shore fishing, there's no need for life vests. Your excursion will be catch, tag, and release. Your guide will provide chairs and water, but you should bring some snacks to stay refreshed throughout the experience.

We had a great time with NSB Shark Hunters! We didn’t land a shark this trip, but that’s fishing—and we’d absolutely go again. We did hook into a blacktip, and watching the line scream off the reel had everyone excited! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to bring her in, but it was still an awesome experience. The captain and crew were incredibly kind, patient, and worked hard to put us on fish all day. We caught plenty of other fish, so the kids stayed entertained the entire trip and never got bored. Between the great people, beautiful weather, and excellent customer service, it was a fantastic day on the water. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back to try for that shark again!
maryJane, having you, John, Daniel, Catherine, and Gigi out was just a ball! Everybody was just having so much fun the whole time regardless of shark or no shark I loved it! Welcome to the shark Fishing🦈 family! 
We took four of our teenage grandchildren on this adventure, with Captain Dustin. Dustin made a point to spend time with each of the kids, teaching them about the sharks, the tides, and how to read the water. Even though the rigs were very large and heavy to manage, he found ways that the kids could cast and help him change the bait.  we enjoyed hanging out with him and Shell on the beach on a beautiful summer evening in NSB. Although the sharks won this time and we didn’t catch anything, the kids unanimously said it was a great time and they would do it again! highly recommend this adventure !
there’s nothing like hanging Ten with the locals! Janet, we look forward to seeing you and Matt around Christmas time and you know why! And when the grandkids are down again, we’ll see you all on the beach! 
We had an awesome time shark fishing with Dustin and Chelle! The experience was still 5 stars from start to finish. We learned so much about shark fishing, the ocean, and what goes into chasing these incredible beasts. Dustin and Chelle are the real deal — knowledgeable, patient, and you can tell they are truly passionate about fishing and making sure everyone has a great experience. They worked hard the entire time and made the trip fun, exciting, and memorable. We come into town once a year, and there’s no question we’ll be booking with them again when we’re back. 🦈 Highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a great fishing experience with great people!
Derek, we had so much fun enjoying the evening with you, Roman and Bobby! Just hanging out with normal down to earth real people makes a whole evening, Shark or no shark! And we are so glad that you decided to make this an annual event! 
Had a great time shark fishing with Dustin. We didn’t end up catching a shark, but Dustin put in the work the whole time and definitely did everything he could. He was a really cool guy, knew what he was doing, and made the whole trip a good time. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to go shark fishing in New Smyrna. I’ll definitely be back to try and get that shark next time!

This was our first time doing on-shore shark fishing. Captain Dustin and Shell were great. They're very knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, and fun to spend the time with. Once a shark bit, they sprang into action and gave clear instructions on how to bring it to shore. After a good, long fight we landed a 7 foot lemon shark. Dustin and Shell were almost as excited as we were! It's great to be able to fish with people who are that passionate about their craft. I highly recommend!
good times had by all! You, Asher and Nick were very patient sports… You listen to the instructions well and we got The Shark in no problem and got him back out no problem! It really was an epic night!
