Captain Mike is a third-generation fisherman, who's been fishing since he was a kid. He gained lots of experience catching fish in Florida, including the Everglades, but also traveling to the Bahamas.
Spent a day aboard Capt. Mike's 34' SeaVee, that's powered by a 500 HP Cummins engine. This powerful engine does wonders when you're after offshore fishing spots and cuts down the travel time. The boat comes with the latest navigational equipment from Garmin Marine and a JL audio sound system. There's enough room for 6 guests to fish in comfort.
Whether you are looking to land a trophy Sailfish or battle a Swordfish, look no further! There's a special trip that targets these toughest fish and you can also go after other big game species, such as Wahoo, Tuna, and Mahi Mahi. If you're more at the beginner's end of spectrum, you can stay closer to the shore and target Kingfish, Cobia, Tilefish, and all kinds of Snappers.
Capt. Mike provides top of the line fishing equipment. Just bring your sunglasses and smiles for a fun day of fishing. There are soft drinks on the boat but feel free to bring your drinks and snacks on board.

My son and I fished with Mike when the seas were fairly rough, the wind was up from the North and the fish were slow- but he knows how to handle those conditions and put you on fish. He has the knowledge and abilities to make it happen.
Fishing was a little slow, but found some fish and had a great time! If we are down in the area, again, I will book again with Wahoo!!!

Captain Mike is born and raised in South Florida, growing up on the water. He comes from a long line of well-experienced fishermen. His Grandfather and father were both able to pass on their vast knowledge of everything from tying flies, scouting for bait, fly fishing and more. Capt. Mike grew up fishing & free diving locally and in the Bahamas. He started working at a local tackle shop at a young age. He has been both a Captain and mate on many fishing boats in the area as well as running a Commercial Swordfishing boat for over 10 years. Capt. Mike's love for all things water is what attracted him to become a boat Captain. In his time off he continues to feed his passion in the vast waterways of Florida, including the Everglades, and traveling to the Bahamas.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.
How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
