We had a great fishing trip with Matt yesterday fishing the Jettys. My grandson who is 7 and loves fishing had a great time, he caught Spanish Marlin among several other things! Matt also let my grand real in a big red the he had hooked which was a really cool experience for him. As a predominately freshwater fisherman I also had a great time catching some new species that I've never caught as well. We had 3 other members of our family with us and we all had a blast. I highly recommend and I look foward to coming back for the "Shark Hunt" fishing trip in the near future! - Thanks Matt, appreciate it bro.

Thank you for the great review and chooding Nautilus charters! see yall in the future!
If you're looking for an incredible fishing charter, look no further! We had a group of six, including four kids under 16, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every single person in our group caught at least five fish, and a few of us caught even more! Our captain knew exactly where to go, kept us on the fish all morning, and made sure everyone had an opportunity to reel in plenty of catches. What really set this trip apart was his patience with the kids. He took the time to help them, answer their endless questions, untangle lines, and cheer them on with every catch. He made each of them feel like a pro, and they haven't stopped talking about the trip since. Beyond being an outstanding captain, he was genuinely fun to spend the day with. We loved hearing his stories, learning about the local waters and fishing techniques, and just chatting throughout the trip. His knowledge, professionalism, and great sense of humor made the entire experience even better. If you're considering booking a charter, don't hesitate. Whether you're an experienced angler or it's your first time fishing, you'll have an amazing time. We made incredible memories, caught a ton of fish, and can't wait to book another trip!
We had a great jetty fishing trip! The captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We caught plenty of fish, and he even cleaned, prepped, and bagged our catch for us at the dock. As a bonus, we found a local spot called Huli Huli Hut where they would cook your fresh catch, which made for a fantastic meal. The boat itself shows some wear and tear cosmetically, but the outboards are newer, and the boat handled the weather and waves very well. Any issues were purely cosmetic and did not affect the trip. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book with them again if we’re back in the area.

Thank you
We had a great day with Captain Matthew working several spots on the south Jetty. We got on the fish early and had a wide variety of fish. We pulled in reds, black drum, sheepshead, trout, and even some new fish to us with ribbonfish, ladyfish and a lookdown fish! Capt. Matthew was great to work with, keeping us informed on the fish types, habits and marine info. Great coaching getting my son to finally get the big red into the boat after a couple of missed opportunities!

Thank you for choosing Nautilus and the great review!
Captain Matt was great! we really enjoyed our trip. I let Captain Matt know my 24 year old was special needs and maybe needed some extra help. Captain Matt took the time to explain things to my son; even when things were crazy and we were bringing in the shark. I appreciate the extra effort.

I was born in Texas and grew up on the Gulf Coast. I've been fishing with my family for as long as I can remember. In my early teens, I had the opportunity to get my first real dose of blue water and giant fish. This is where the addiction started. Since I've gotten older, it's become a passion of mine to see people's reactions to hooking into a fish of their dreams, give them the opportunity to harvest their own dinner, and make memories with their friends and families. We're a young business and haven't been at it as long as some captains but don't let that distract you. When you arrive at the boat, we want you and your guests to feel like family and at home!
