Special-Eyes Charters is a 4-boat fishing fleet that operates out of several different locations on the Great Lakes. Captains Dale Grimm and Dan Hrabak cater their trips to all ages and skill-levels and work hard to put their customers on fish. They invite you to join them on an exclusive adventure and create lasting memories on Lake Erie!
You'll spend the day aboard a 30' Cherokee offshore sportfisher, powered by twin 300 HP Crusader engines. This vessel comes with all the amenities and features you need for a successful day on the lake. This includes top-quality navigational equipment, tackle, safety gear, and a private toilet for all your personal needs. She can take up to 6 guests comfortably and everyone can fish at the same time without tangling lines.
Your menu for the day will include the elusive Walleye and Rainbow Trout. These fish are both great species learn on if you're a beginner and great to practice with, even if you're a pro. Your captain will provide as much guidance and assistance as necessary and guarantees you'll have an awesome day on the water!
You'll be given top-quality rods and reels, as well as live bait and high-performance lures. Just remember to pick up your fishing license before the trip, pack extra layers, and feel free to bring some food and beverages.

Great day on the lake first fish in the box @ 6.50am and 36th fish in the box @10.40am
Had a very good time just disappointed the limit was only six
Glad you enjoyed yourselves, the limit has been set by the state at 6 for many years, when they had the limit higher it almost decimated the walleye population. Hope to see you again for another enjoyable day with us.

My name is Captain Dale Grimm – the captain and owner of Special-Eyes Charters. I've been fishing since a very young age, as have all of the captains that work for me on our 4 boats. We all have over 30 years of experience, fishing the Walleye Capital of the World, Lake Erie. We take a great deal of pride in showing our customers a fun, memorable, and educational day on the water. All captains are USCG-licensed and have their Ohio Guides Licenses as well. The captains are Dale Grimm (Special-Eyes 1), Ron Bradway (Special-Eyes 2), Dan Hrabak (Special-Eyes 3), and Bob Balli (Special-Eyes 4). Come enjoy the day with me or one of our other 3 captains, I'm positive you'll have a wonderful time!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
