What better way to discover the rich waters around Vancouver Island than by spending days on end fishing? That’s exactly what you’ll get when you come to Port Eliza Lodge. Spend up to 5 days exploring these productive fishing grounds, kicking back in the comfortable confines of a purpose-built lodge after a long day on the water.
A professional fishing service awaits, along with first-rate hospitality. The lodge has been open since the late 1990s, and now boasts 8 boats to take you to sea. They employ only the most qualified captains, and Captains Ben, Bryan, and Richard all promise to do whatever it takes to make sure you have the fishing trip of your dreams.
Over the course of up to 40 hours, you’ll have the chance to try bottom fishing and jigging, as well as trolling to land the bite of a range of exciting and delicious fish. Go after monster Halibut, tough-fighting Salmon, and delicious Rockfish and Lingcod, as you go out to catch some fish for dinner and beyond.
After a long day on the water, where you’ll have lunch prepared for you, you’ll head back to the lodge to kick back and relax. You’ll have your catch cooked up right before your eyes, while you can enjoy the stunning surroundings of the lounge or deck area. Settle in for a good night’s sleep in your private room, before waking up and doing it all again.
All the equipment you need for a productive trip is included in the price, so all you need to do is grab a BC fishing license, and your professional crew will look after the rest. Bring the family aboard, and you could enjoy a getaway like never before in Port Eliza Lodge!
