BC Coastal Fishing
Tahsis has a fish with your name on it, so let BC Coastal Fishing help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Chris can tell you all about the local fishery.
Species like Lingcod, Salmon, Rockfish, Halibut, and more can be found in these waters if you come at the right time of year. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.
BC Coastal Fishing is a kid-friendly charter service, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your trip begins aboard a 25' Hydra-Sport cuddy cabin that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with downriggers and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Chris will provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
How often would you rather be fishing? Go on and turn that daydream into a reality, with BC Coastal Fishing.

Chris was a marvelous host and made sure to provide a very fun and memorable trip for my son and I. We started hooking salmon within 5 minutes of wetting our lines and wasted no time limiting out on several species. The scenery and experience were memorable and most enjoyable. I would highly recommend Chris as a guide and look forward to hiring him again next season. The boat was new and perfectly outfitted. Oscar Tessarolo
