Your vessel for the day is a 33' Trojan offshore sport fishing boat, ideal for 6 anglers who all want to fish at the same time. She's decked out with the latest in GPS and Fish Finder technology and even has an onboard toilet so you won't have to make any stops. The fishing platform is spacious enough for everyone to get it on the action and you'll stay protected from the elements in the enclosed spaces.
Lake Ontario fishing is seasonal so your targets will vary based on the time of year. Head down in the early spring and it's all about exploring those inshore waters for delicious and fun-to-catch Brown Trout. Once the waters warm up, you'll head further out to go after delicious Chinook Salmon and Rainbow Trout.
Trolling is the name of the game on Capt. Jim's trips and you'll cover a large area thanks to the outriggers and downriggers. Make good use of the top-notch onboard tackle to reel in your limits!
Capt. Jim brings along a first mate who works hard to make sure you have a good time. He'll also clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip for easy transport home. If you're happy with how the trip goes, a 20% tip is customary.

Great day as our guide Trapper knew exactly where to go. My 11y/o son caught an 18lb King Salmon he will remember for the rest of his life! Good people and a good time!

I've been fishing Lake Ontario since 1982 and in 1993, I decided to become a full-time Captain. I started working with C-Frog Charters and when it was time for Ed to retire, I took over the reins. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
