Gear yourself up for a Great Lakes adventure! Over in Port Clinton, Captain Jason Gallagher is ready to take you out on the waters that he knows all too well.

He’ll be taking you out on his 26’ Bay Liner. It’ll go to high speeds to take you where you need to be with haste thanks to its 225 HP Mercury engine having a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. There’s space for 3 anglers to join him and the boat includes bathroom facilities.

Walleye will be the target species on your trip and you’ll be targeting ones weighing over 10 lb. Lake Erie is adorned with them and Captain Jason knows just where to find them. He’ll take you 3-5 miles offshore for some trolling through Lake Erie’s pristine waters.

He makes sure that he’s well kitted out before each trip. His boat is equipped with the latest electronics and fishing gear including Daiwa and Ugly Stiks to give you the best chance of taking home some big ones.

You’ll need to book a fishing license beforehand which costs $25 for non-residents. Take food, drinks, and warm clothes with you as it can get a little bit chilly over the open stretches of the lake. Once you’ve got that sorted you’re ready to get up and go on a trolling adventure on the open stretches of Lake Erie.
