Fulfill your fishing fantasy with Big Fish Charters! Owned and operated by a veteran captain Nicholas Shreves, this charter is here to cater to your desires. You can take a trip any time of year and always count on lots of bites. The trips range from short, half-cruising tours with light action, to full day adventures where you can battle big game predators.
Capt. Nick welcomes you aboard his 32’ Wellcraft boat, newly restored in 2020. Spruced up for the new season, the boat is powered by twin 300 HP Yamaha engines that will glide you to your fishing spot. She also features navigational electronics, a live bait tank, a cooler, and a multimedia system.
The boat accommodates up to 6 guests using bean bags and a couple seats for maximum fishing room. children of all ages are welcome just be reasonable. Please let the captain know your kid’s age, so he can prepare life vests in proper size.
If you’re new to fishing, try a Shark trip and get your sea legs battling these toothy predators. If you have some experience with casting, the captain can take you fishing inshore, where you can target Redfish, Flounder, and Sheepshead. Further from the coast, nearshore waters hide lots of Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Snapper, and more. Finally, if you feel you’re ready for something harder, go trolling for offshore species, such as Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and Barracuda. In these rich waters, the options seem endless, and there’s always going to be something to go after.
The captain provides Accurate, 13 Fishing, Penn, and Shimano rods and reels depending on type of targeted species. The first mate will set your rod and show you the best ways to use it. After the trip, he’ll clean your catch and it’s customary to leave a 20%, they have bills to pay too.
You only need to bring your food, drinks, and sun protection. Big Fish Charters will make sure you have everything else. Feel the action, join the chase!

Great Fishing Experience
We were treated to a very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced crew. Whether you frequently hit the seas for fish or if you are a beginner, you will be in very capable hands. The captain will stay in regular contact with you as your trip gets close. We were originally booked for a Sunday morning, but as the day to launch got closer, he recommended we move the trip up and this was a good thing. The water on Sunday was very rough. You can bring kids, too. It is a very kid-friendly activity that they soon won't forget.

Highly recommend Captain Nicholas and Cam
Captain Nicholas and his Mate Cam took us out on an inland trip and it was delightful. We were quickly in fish and, though we did not catch many keepers, we caught plenty of fish and were actively fishing the entire time. Nicholas and Cam are true pros, knowledgeable about the area, the water and fish. They were very patient and thoughtful in their teaching and guidance. Both are gentleman hosts, respectful and gracious and funny to boot. The boat and gear are all first class. I would go out again with Nicholas and Cam in a heartbeat, and hope to have the opportunity to do just that some day.

Awesome trip and great crew

Amazing trip
Had a very good time these people were amazing my brothers ended up being sick the whole time so captain Nicolas allowed us to cut the trip an hour short and compensated so for the time I would definitely do this again when I'm in the area

Great TYB fishing experience for kids!
Our 9 and 11 year old had a blast, despite the 7am launch! Capt. Nic and first mate were gracious hosts and took time to answer every question and show the kids their favorite fishing spots for Spanish mackerel and trout. Would book again! Cheers!
