Captain Dan was very pleasant and courteous. He treated my 13 year old grandson with respect. i am 84 years old with arthritic knees. He made possible for me to get in and outof the boat. We caught lots of large salmon and had a wonderful, memorable experience.

Thank you Jerry for a great review. Micah has an rxtremem amount of talent when it comes to fishing! thank you for choosing me! if you guys ever want to do another trip, please keep my number! Thanks again! Captain Dan stewart

We went out with captain Dan having never fished for anything more than a sunfish! Dan was very prompt in communication prior to the trip which was great because we had to change the location of our trip due to poor fishing conditions. He arrived on time and was a very patient and experienced teacher. We tried for steelhead on the big Manistee but we were not successful in catching one. Dan helped us catch some salmon, though. We appreciated that Dan was very diligent about catching the fish properly and also that he was up front about not keeping salmon that were past their prime. I highly recommend Captain Dan for any kind of fishing charter that you want to take.
Captain Dan was the Best! We will definitely be back next yr for some salmon fishing!

My girlfriend, and I had a great time fishing with Dan! Lots of experience, excellent knowledge, and great gear. A perfect morning with four large salmon caught. We plan on booking another trip with him next year.

Thanks for a great Trip Bill. Look forward to next year
If you have never fished a river before you should definitely do it. If nothing else just to meet and talk to Captain Dan. What a great day! It was good not to have to do anything except show up at launch time and let Captain Dan worry about the rest. who we found very helpful and professional. Although the pike were hiding we still had a good time.

Thanks James for the great review. You and Mary were casting like pros. Have a great vacation and hope to see you guys again someday.
Frankfort, Michigan, United States
Captain Dan Stewart has been fishing for as long as he can remember. From SE Michigan to NW Michigan, we have a boat for everything. As a result, he knows all the hiding spots for favorites including Steelhead, Chinook, Coho Salmon and walleye throughout the state of Michigan. He'll easily accommodate both experienced anglers and novices and looks forward to giving his guests a welcome escape to nature. You will have such a great time with Captain Dan that you will be booking other trips the rest of the year around the great state of Michigan. My season starts in the Nw for Steelhead. In Mid April I move to the Detroit River for walleye. In May I move to the St Clair river for walleye. When Lake St Clair heats up I move over there. Around Mid June I end the walleye fishing and move back to the Nw chasing a variety of fish. We fish crystal lake and all other inland lakes near by. We are also fishing Lake Michigan for Salmon and Trout. We follow the salmon up river then back to steelhe
