Enjoy a day of fun in the sun with Peelin’ And Reelin’ exploring the abundant waters of Florida! Captain Troy Weaver has been fishing since he was a young kid, and his love for it never went away. He knows these waters like the back of his hand, and he’ll take you to all of his favorite spots, making sure you have a fun and productive trip.
You’ll head out on his 22’ Pathfinder flats boat, perfect for exploring the shallow waters from St. John’s River to the coast. It’s a great vessel for fishing with your family, as it can accommodate 4 anglers. The boat is powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine, and it features all the navigational electronics to help put you on the fish.
These waters are as rich as they are beautiful, and there’s no shortage of fish species to target. Jacksonville features some of the best inshore fishing in the Sunshine State, with a wide range of flats and mangroves to explore. You can expect to reel in creatures like Redfish, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Flounder, and Sheepshead.
Capt. Troy will provide you with everything you need to reel ‘em in, including rods, reels, and tackle. You’ll be fishing using either live bait or a range of artificial lures, depending on your target. The captain will happily clean and fillet your catch at the end of the day so you can enjoy a nice meal back home.
If you want to take your kid on an adventure and show them the joys of fishing, feel free to do so! This can be a great introduction to fishing, and it’s a great way to bond. Bring anything you’d like to eat or drink, as well as some sunscreen for protection, and come have a great fishing experience!
All that’s left to do now is book a trip and join Peelin’ And Reelin’ on your next fishing adventure!
