This charter will provide you with comfort, reliability, and the most experienced charter boat captain on the north shore with 20+ years experience fishing out of Haleiwa.

Pack and hop aboard a spacious 36’ Hatteras boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. This offshore sportfishing boat has been fishing the hawaii waters for many seasons. She’s powered by twin 350 HP John Deer engines and gets you to your fishing spot in no time.

There’s also a private bathroom, an enclosed cabin and a flybridge where you can enjoy the spot with the best view. Every guest, no matter how much they care about fishing, love the experience on this boat.

You can target Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Marlin, Sailfish, Giant Trevally, and many more. If you would like to do more than just fish, the crew can arrange any type of custom trip for you including, whale watching in the winters , sightseeing, dinner cruise, or anything else you can think of.

A shot at all five species

Full Day Trip on June 11, 2025 • 2 adults

What an incredible trip and a hardworking crew with kindness and patience. You must take a full day charter to make this work ! We caught skip Jack tuna, yellow fin , mahi , wahoo, and as a bonus us trevalle. Derek who worked the lines managed to get a massive marlin to take the lure after two earlier strikes by working the lure and was a massive bite on the 3rd pass coming up out of the water to take the lure . We fought a good 15 Minutes with 2 spectacular jumps and just couldn’t land the marlin as he threw the hook on his last fight out of the water. An incredible day, the beauty around us, and watching the birds dive bomb bait as well as the flying fish made the trip a lifetime memory even if we hadn’t caught any fish. Chris and Derek were one of the best crews I’ve ever worked with. If you can only book one offshore trip anywhere in the world this is the one to take .

Tuna Beat Down!

Full Day Trip on March 18, 2025 • 2 adults

Captain Chris and his deck hand Derek were a blast to fish with! With decades of local knowledge they put us on a tuna beat down just like the sport fishing shows you see on t.v. We caught a number of fish trolling. We doubled twice and even tripled on another pass! Once that bite slowed we switched up to top water popping and slammed a bunch more. You could see the tuna and mahi come out of the water to hit the lure! Incredible stuff! The captain said we should try some deep jigging to try and pick up some bigger fish and that we did! Ended up catching the biggest fish of the day with this method! Ended the day with 25 fish and 4 different species caught with 3 different techniques. Ahi tuna, mahi mahi, big eye tuna, and skip jack tuna were the species we caught. It was a day I’ve always dreamed about having offshore! Thank you to Captain Chris and Derek for an unbelievable day of fishing! I highly recommend this charter to anyone that wants to catch fish and share some laughs along the way too!

Great day offshore

3/4 day fishing trip on November 3, 2025 • 2 adults

Captain Chris & mate Derrick were knowledgable, professional, and friendly. We had our first bite w/in 5 minutes of getting the baits in the water, and had a spectacular fight w/ a bounding striped marlin as the pinnacle of the day. Super personable crew- it was great to learn about the island and the fishery on our first time fishing Hawaiian waters. 5 Stars across the board- we will be back!

Fishing with Chris

3/4 day fishing trip on June 8, 2025 • 5 adults

Chris and Derek were both wonderful. We actually saw dolphins and a whale shark while we were out. Chris said he has only seen about 10 whale sharks in all the time he has been doing this. Unfortunately the fish weren’t super cooperative but Chris and Derek did everything they could to ensure we had a good trip!
