Making Fishing easy is what Fishswirl Guide Services does! Join Captain Kevin on the beautiful waters of the Lafuna Madre. Whether you are a seasoned angler or just beginning fishing, he can teach you what you need to know or collaborate to find great fish.
The journey starts on a 24' Mamba boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. Built in 2022, this boat is powered by a 300 HP Mercury XS Pro engine and it features modern navigational electronics and a wireless trolling motor. You'll also find a live bait tank here and a cooler for your catch.
Enjoy fishing the Laguna Madre for big Trout, Redfish, and Flounder. You can occasionally fish nearshore, when weather permits, going offshore for Snapper, Grouper, and Kingfish. Try out different techniques and see which one works best for you. Depending on what you're targeting, even kids can become a part of the action and catch their first fish.
The captain covers your fishing equipment and bottled water. After the trip, if you're planning to eat the fish you've caught, he'll clean your catch free of charge. You only need to purchase your fishing license on time and pack some snacks.

The communication was great after booking. Kevin was great with my son - patient while showing him key things to remember. And be put us on the fish across multiple spots. We caught close to two dozen fish total for the day - encompassing at least 6 different species. The boat was top notch and so was the Captain!!

7 Hour Trip – Inshore on August 4, 2026 • 2 adultswe did the 7hr trip out of clems marina, slow day. he didn't give up even when the reds and drums were acting weird and not cooperating. he still put us on some great 25"+ specs! boat was nice and clean he explained what he was seeing on the side scan. all in all it was a great trip with the oldest son, who found out dad's still got it... sometimes!!!

Kevin was extremely patient with my wife and two teenage daughters(14 & 12), who at times cared more about the dolphins and bait than catching actual fish. Whether you’re a first time wrangler or a seasoned fisherman, Kevin will get you on fish and help you with whatever you need. My daughters are still talking about the fishing trip days later. Despite rainy weather we took home a large bucket full of fish. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's always nice to be with a solid guide and true fisherman. I would recommend!

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
