You'll be in the safe hands of Captain Todd Venema, a skilled and experienced angler who'll make sure you have the best possible experience. There's a huge variety of fishing spots you can visit. From rivers and lakes to inshore and offshore waters to flats, reefs, and wrecks, you'll have loads of excellent fishing opportunities.
Your journey will start on a brand new 22' Lund performance fishing boat. It's powered by a 350 HP Mercury engine and can sit up to 6 guests. The quality GPS, fishfinder, and radio make navigation easy and safe. The boat's equipped with downriggers in case you bump into Salmon. The onboard livewell will supply you with live bait, and there will also be a first mate present for the most of your trip.
You'll chase Walleye, Yellow Perch, Northern Pike, and Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass. Using light tackle, you can try out trolling, spinning, jigging, as well as handline and ice fishing. Third Coast Charters is family-friendly, so grab your kids as well and spend some wonderful time on the water together. You can choose whether to keep or release the fish you catch.
Captain Todd provides you with all the fishing gear, which means tackle, rods, reels, lures, and live bait. At the end of the trip, he can also clean and fillet your catch for free. Before you leave, don't forget to bring your licenses and be sure to pack some food and drinks if you wish.

Not a hook went unbathed, and we caught so many fish we lost count. He asked what kind of fish we were interested in catching and we targeted those. We had the privilege of hearing multiple stories of his past times fishing, and he provided a lot of insight and education to our trip. Specifically he knew everything there was to know about our target species and best methods of catching (simplicity is best)! He was patient and gave lots of reminders on how best to set hooks. Highly recommend booking him. We will be back!

He communicated much needed details before I booked, and once our reservation was final he made sure everything was taken care of. My son is 12, my father has experience, and I am a beginner with fishing. Captain Todd was patient, encouraging, accommodating, and very positive!! We caught over 25 fish of all different species, and kept approximately 8 of them. Captain Todd filleted them for us, and we were able to enjoy them on our camping trip!! The excitement and pure joy in my son’s face was priceless! Thank you Captain Todd for a great morning, and adding to my son’s love of fishing! We will be back!!

Our trip was a great experience even though the conditions were not great. We boated walleye and some of the best perch you could hope for. I am an avid angler myself and can say that from the boat, to the electronics, to the tackle, all great quality. He even added forward facing sonar to the rear of the boat for the rear angles. I can tell you from several guided trips most captains do not go to those lengths to get you the best experience that you can have. I would for sure book him again without hesitation.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
