Mike Doll Fishing Guide–“Best Fishing Value”
Explore Lake Ozark with Mike Doll Fishing Guide Experience! Captain Mike's charter is all about family-friendly trips and having lots of fun. To him, it doesn't matter if you've caught 100 or no fish at all. All that matters is that you have a positive attitude and you're looking forward to your day on the water.
The adventure starts on a 23' Ranger boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. This great boat is brand new, being built in 2020. This means she comes with top-of-the-line navigational electronics and powerful twin 400 HP Mercury engines. There's also a trolling motor, when you need to move slowly and quietly, a live bait tank, and a cooler for your catch.
The lake offers many great fish species you can target and it's hard to decide which one tastes better when you fry it. You can go after Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Catfish, and White Bass. With a variety of techniques you can use to catch them, it never gets boring on the boat. You can either release or keep the catch.
Your captain prepares all equipment, including rods, reels, tackle, and bait. You only need to purchase your fishing license and pack some snacks for the day. Your kids are welcome to join and there's going to be a fish they can land on their own!
Relax, enjoy, and have fun catching fish. Mike Doll Fishing Guide Experience is just what you need for a great day at the lake!

Mark SaxonRepeat angler5.0VerifiedDay of Catching!
6 Hour Trip (AM) on August 4, 2026 • 2 adultsUnbelievable day of catching! Captain Mike listened to our request on what we wanted to catch and the time we wanted to devote to Crappie and Largemouth Bass, and made it happen way beyond our expectations. Captain Mike showed us even more techniques than he did on our previous trip with him, and explained every detail of why he does it that way. We caught Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Channel Catfish, Blue Catfish, and Drum. Unbelievable day of fishing that we’ll never forget. We will definitely make a return trip from Texas to fish with Captain Mike.

4 Hour Trip (PM) on August 2, 2026 • 2 adultsCaptain Mike was an outstanding host for me and my son. We asked him to take us to fish for Crappie and that is exactly what he did. Caught lots of fish and he taught my son how to filet them after we were back at the dock. Ask him to play the “Captain Mike” song on his Spotify. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to enjoy their time on the water and catch some fish.

4 Hour Trip (AM) on July 9, 2026 • 6 adultsGreat experience today with Mike. It was a slow start but we stuck with it and tried a bunch of different spots and methods and went home with 6 keepers in addition to about 10-15 we threw back in. Mike worked around some weather issues and gave us some extra time that was much appreciated. He worked us pretty hard so be prepared to help - all hands on deck!

Made our trip to Lake of the Ozarks a great trip. Knowledgeable of the area and reference fishing near our vacation condo and great restaurants nearby. Thank you and my wife says bye darlin’ (LOL)

4 Hour Trip (PM) on August 15, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 childrenCaptain Mike is awesome. Very knowledgeable about the Lake, whats biting, and making sure everyone gets invovled in the fun. We had two younger kids with us, and made sure they were involved, had fun, and caught fish. We will always go with Captain Mike whenever we fish.

4 Hour Trip (AM) on April 10, 2026 • 4 adultsFished with Mike for a buddy’s bachelor party. Mike was super flexible on the rain. When we caught the good weather window Mike put us on a lot of fish. We caught 3 catfish that were too big to keep which is a nice problem to have. We had a great time and Mike taught us a lot. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to catch some fish.

Thanks again Mark. our second trip together! awedome!
Captain Mike was incredible, he got us on fish before we totally departed the dock area. We are in our sixties and have been successful anglers our entire lives. Captain Mike shared some techniques that we were totally unfamiliar with, that immediately gave results, we can now take that knowledge home to Texas and use it. Captain Mike is all about passing on knowledge and providing an exceptional experience so much so that we booked a full day trip with him tomorrow. We’ll give more updated following our next trip.
Thank you my new friend! you guys were a blast to fish with. we laughed and told dtories and boated a bunch of fish. I am very much looking forward to keeping in touch!
