B&B Charters offers you a great variety of fishing trips. You can travel inshore, nearshore, as well as offshore, visiting reefs and wrecks along the way. You can also go to the backcountry and explore its secluded waters. Come to Panama City Beach, Florida and give Captain Bryan Bishop a call. He’ll tailor the trip to your preference as much as possible, and will make sure that you have a great time on the water.

Your trip will start on a 23 foot center console that can sit up to 4 guests. It runs on a 200 HP Suzuki engine and has all the navigation technology to quickly take you to the fish.

The captain uses both light and heavy tackle. You’ll be able to bottom fish, troll, spin, and jig for many interesting species. You’ll try to catch Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Jack Crevalle, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, and many more. Kids are always welcome on Captain Bryan’s trip, so don’t hesitate to bring your whole family and have a wonderful time on the water. You’re free to either keep or release the fish you catch.

The only thing you should bring on your trip is some food and drinks. The captain covers you for all the rods, reels, tackle, lures, and live bait, as well as fishing licenses.

5 Hour Offshore Trip PM on September 2, 2025 • 2 adults

Mr. Bryan Bishop was on time with everything ready to go. Live bait was caught on the way out with one cast net throw, we had plenty for the 5 hour PM trip. We limited out on red snapper quickly, then caught a ton of red grouper. Nearly limited out on black snapper as well. In addition, we caught several keeper mangrove snapper. Ended up with over 40lbs of whole fish and 10-12 lbs of vacuum sealed filets. I have taken out now three different charters into the Gulf of America, this one is the only one where I left with a substantial amount of filet. Excellent trip, well planned, good communicator, on time and ready to go. Also easy to find with ample free parking at the marina. Highly recommend!

Awesome day on the water

Hi, I booked my 4 hour fishing trip with Bryan for my two children, 7 old son and 10 year old daughter and I. I asked if possible to try and catch some smaller fish to get my kids some action and a larger species to make a memorable experience. Bryan made it look effortlessly. He took us directly to multiple spots that had a hot bite catching alot of different smaller species of fish and 3 large Amberjacks. One Amberjack had a decent size shark pursuing it while reeling it in. Quite the day on the water and the kids had a blast. The 4 hour trip was a perfect timeframe and was able to try for multiple species using different techniques to keep it engaging for the kids. I plan on hopefully coming back to go again with Bryan. One recommendation for others, if your first time on a charter have the mindset that your going have a great boat ride, and catching fish is a bonus not a guarantee you will enjoy the whole experience. THANKS Bryan for a great day on the water.

Fishing with B and B

Me and my son in law took a 4 hour trip. Captain Brian had asked what we were expecting from our trip and I told him we wanted to catch fish and bring some home. That is exactly what we did. We caught Vermillion Snapper, Trigger Fish, Red Snapper, Grouper, T Tom, Yellow Snapper, and maybe some more. Red Snapper are out of season and were thrown back. Weather was excellent and Brian was a nice person. Great day!

We had the best time with Captain Bryan, he was super friendly & KEPT us on the fish. We got lots of different species in the boat & always made sure we were getting action. He even took videos & pictures for you - I’d like to say we made a new friend today. Will be back! 10/10!
