Chasing Dreams Sportfishing – Erie, PA 

This is the 4th time I’ve been fishing with Capt. Ryan. There’s a good reason for that the fishing and experience is always excellent. This time was no different. We caught our limit of Walleye within an hour with several being 24” or better. My only complaint if I could make one would be that the fishing was to good and I wish the fishing could've lasted longer. Capt Ryan got us on good fish and as always is great company. I look forward to the next time.

Capt. Ryan showed me and my father in law a great time on Lake Erie. Even with tough conditions he managed to put us on fish. While we caught no whales we did manage to catch a few for the cooler one of which was the smallest Lake Trout he had ever seen 😂. Capt. Ryan works tirelessly to get you on fish and you will get your moneys worth no matter if you have a banner day of fishing or a mediocre one. As they say a “day on the water beats a day in the office”.

I flew in from florida to take my grandson walleye fushing. We had to cancel the first day due to weather and went out the next day. Ryan put us on fish about 8 miles out. Then it was up to my grandson Gabriel and I to get them to the boat. We had our limit in under 2 hours. It was a great time had by all and my favorite part, no one got hurt. I highly recommend. Our fishing trip with Ryan was awesome and so much better than previous charter experiences. Captain Ryan has a great personality, and he saw to it that my boys had a fun time. The boat was very clean, and my boys and I were really impressed with his onboard tech. I could tell that Ryan knew the lake well because we reached our catch limit in less than 3 hours! In addition, his rates are very reasonable. If you're looking for a great charter, stop researching now and book a trip with Ryan!

Our fishing trip with Captain Ryan was amazing. He is so knowledgeable of the area and knows exactly where to go to catch fish. We actually lost count of the fish we caught, but if I had to guess, I would say around 50 to 60. We did a catch and release tour, which explains the abundance of fish we were allowed to catch. We barely got the bait in the water before something was biting. Awesome experience! We would highly recommend Captain Ryan to host your next fishing trip on Lake Erie.

Captain Ryan was a awesome fishing gudie. Took me and my brother out for the first time on Lake Erie and also the first time Walleye fishing. Me and my brother both caught a good amount of fish and had great time.

Had an amazing time with Ryan from chasing Dreams who who made our experience one of best fishing trips we’ve ever had due to his expertise, professional attitude towards helping his customers have the successful and fun time, as well as his easy going and friendly personality. We will definitely do this again in the near future. Highly recommend!!

Captain Ryan made sure that fish were put in the boat. He definitely knows the fish and knows how to find them. While we didn't limit out(never expected to as we only booked 4 hours) he made sure we were catching big fish. 2 citation sized walleye, and few citation sized drum(immediately released for you all to catch too) Over all a great day on erie catching some of the biggest walleye i have seen in years. We are planning a return trip probably this year and definitely one next.. If you are looking for an experienced captain who will get you fish, captain Ryan is your guy,

My wife and I came to the Walleye capital of the world to catch some Walleye and Lake Erie and Capt. Ryan did not disappoint. We got on the fish early and limited out in 2 hours. We continued fishing throughout the morning for other species and the Walleye would just not leave us alone. It was a fantastic time and we will definitely be fishing again with Ryan in the future.

Captain Ryan is a class act. We went on a morning trip for Lake Trout. Started slow but we didn’t give up, ending up having a great morning. Caught some beautiful fish and overall just had a killer time on the Lake. 11/10. Great guy with all the knowledge and experience you could want from a guide. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good trip on Lake Erie! Getem!
