Dog's Life Sport Fishing is located in Erie and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.

Capt. Matthew will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 7-hour trips, mainly fishing for Walleye, Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, and Perch, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as trolling, jigging, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on the Dog's Life, a 25' Sport Craft express cruiser ideal for fishing big water. She can safely take up to 6 anglers, including guests using wheelchairs. She is safe, fast, and smooth with a roomy cockpit for making it happen on a wide-open bite. Apart from various navigation electronics, this boat comes with a toilet, ice-box, and downriggers.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip.

Book your trip now and hit the water with Dog's Life Sport Fishing.

Cpt. Matt reached out the day before our trip to make sure we arrived safely and where to meet. We left on time. Crew hand Bill was there and assisted us. Matt and Bill used downriggers and all we had to do was reel in the walleye. Easy peasy! We caught LOTS of fish. No need to bring equipment. They had everything. Just bring a drink or two. When we got back to the docks, they both cleaned and fillet our fish. They bagged them and we put them on ice in a cooler we had in our vehicle. You don’t need to bring a cooler on the boat. The boat was comfortable. Matt and Bill are personable fellows with a good sense of humor and made sure we were safe and comfortable. They are good people, professional, and friendly. All these characteristics made for a great fishing trip and good memories. Thank you!

Captain Matt answered all our questions before the charter and called the day before to check if we were all set. We were first ones on the lake!!! In 2 hours we had our limit of walleye and back at the dock. Lake was choppy so we had no problem with being back on land.

I booked this trip for my son's graduation gift. We had an awesome time. Captain had us on fish before he got all the rods out. On the water, he was focused on his trade of putting fish in the boat. Back at the Marina, he cleaned our fish and engaged in conversation with us.

Captain and deckhand did a great job of keeping the lines ready and put us on fish quick. Captain had a good sense of humor and the deckhand was a good dude. We got lots of filets to take home and it was a fun experience.
