Titi Julia Fishing Trip welcomes you to the Dominican Republic. As fishing in the Caribbean is always a special experience, be prepared for lots of fun, excitement, and breathtaking natural scenery. While exploring the inshore, nearshore, as well as offshore waters around Puerto Plata, you’ll meet a fascinating marine world that will surely leave a lifelong impression on you. Join in and spend a wonderful day on the water no matter what sort of angler you are.

You’ll start your journey on a restored 28’ Grady-White Sailfish walkaround boat. It runs on a twin 225 HP Yamaha engine and can carry up to 4 anglers. It uses modern navigation technology to get you safely and quickly to the fish. The overall equipment of the boat is excellent. It’s got downriggers, outriggers, snorkeling gear, and a livewell. There’s also an onboard multimedia system, refrigerator, and ice-box you can use. The boat’s facilities include a toilet, shower, kitchen, and bed. There will also be a first mate at your disposal all the time during your trip.

Whether you fish near or away from the shore, there’s a lot of interesting species you can go after. There’s Albacore Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, and more. You’ll use light tackle and will catch by deep sea fishing and trolling. You can choose whether to keep the fish you catch or release it back. The only exceptions are Marlin and Sailfish which have to be released. Kids are welcome to join on board as long as they are at least 8 years old. Also, smoking is not allowed.

You’ll be provided with all the fishing gear you’ll need, including rods, reels, tackle, and lures. You’re also covered for fishing licenses and snacks, and the crew will clean and fillet your catch so you can easily take it home. The only thing you may want to bring is drinks.
