We had an excellent day on the water with Graham. He knew the area well—where to set up, how the fish were behaving that day, and how to adjust when things changed. That kind of local knowledge made a real difference. What made the trip stand out, though, was the atmosphere. Graham was funny without trying too hard, which kept everyone relaxed even when we weren’t hooked up. More importantly, he was great with the kids. He explained things in a way they could follow, celebrated the small wins, and never rushed them or treated them like extras on an adults-only trip. Fantastic trip. Guide definitely knows what hes doing. He asked up to show up a little early due to the feeding time of the fish being right at day light. As soon as we started fishing, we started cstching. I took my 6 year okd daughter and the guide made it a great experience for both of us.

My Fiancée and I had a phenomenal trip with Capt Graham out on Lake Buchannon. We were looking to catch some Stripers and we got on them immediately. We had our bag limit within an hour. Capt Graham with Bosstriper was awesome. If you’re looking for a good time out on the water and you want to catch some good fish, Bosstriper Guide services is the way to go.

I booked 2 half-days with Bosstriper this week. There was some booking mixup resulting in Captain Graham being double booked but he quickly made alternate arrangements. On Wednesday afternoon we fished with Captain Chris. The fish we pretty uncooperative but Chris worked hard ad stayed out later than planned and we would up catching 21 stripers (4 anglers), but 11 were slightly undersized throw-backs, so 10 keepers plus 2 white bass. And a lotta fun was had by all. The next morning we fished with Captain Graham (Sr. AKA Boss). Against he fish were not very cooperative. We sat in one spot for over an hour with the fish finder on fire with fish under the boat. You could see them inspect baits and swim off. It was frustrating, but that’s one of the reasons it’s called fishing and not called catching. Again the Captain worked very hard to find us fish that would eat. They finally turned on somewhat and we came home with 3 stripers, 4 white bass, blue cats and 1 crappie. Boss worked a full hour and a half longer than we was obligated to in a valiant effort to get us on some hungry fish. I feel very good recommending Bosstriper Guide Service.

Graham contacted us to see if we could change to later fishing for better chance of catching Stripers. We couldn’t but he still mase sure we caught! He has music playing and changed techniques and locations. He’s friendly and fun- we would have been happy even without fish. We are coming back as soon as possible! The Coles & The Glicks

We had an amazing time on our fishing trip. Max did a great job as captain and we caught a bunch of bass. I will definitely book another trip.

Captain Graham was great! our party of 5 adults had a great day on the lake fishing then sightseeing the waterfalls on Lake Buchanan. Captain Graham is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend booking with him!
