Sure Shot Fishing Charters 

We booked this trip for our senior graduates and the trip did not disappoint! The boat was awesome, clean, and very roomy. The captain was the most friendly and knowledgeable of all captains and well experienced with the deep waters! The deck hand was phenomenal and an expert in her field. Im sure she will be captain of her own ship one day! We caught snapper, amber jack, grouper, and very big trigger fish! One of the best fishing experiences and we will book again! Also thanks for the restaurant recommendation to cook our fish it was delicious and great service as well!! We will book again!!

We were a family of 5, 2 willing adults to fish, one child with no interest in fishing and a somewhat handicap mother in law who just wanted to ride on the boat, Captain Mike was very accommodating for my mother in law, we got out on the water and caught plenty of spanish mackerel and vermillion snapper, Kim was super nice and stayed busy with just the two of us primarily fishing, had a pretty good catch and probably would of been better with with more anglers but overall super happy, will book again next time we are in the area. we did 5 hour pm

There is always a risk when booking with an unknown to you Capt. I took the risk and was not disappointed. we lucked into good weather although hot, even for August. Throw in my wife and were celebrating our 47th anniversary and 70 is just a number. Kim, the mate (also a Capt) was bait friendly and very attentive. We caught fish, King Mackerel, Trigger, American Red Snapper, b-liners, vermillion, grunts so brought home something to eat for several meals. I highly recommend this team.

This was my family’s first time on a charter! And we were NOT let down! Capitan Mike and first mate terri were nothing short of amazing in helping us in every way and great with the kiddos, helping them to cast/ reel in a keeping our poles in the water ready to catch the next fish ! We had a great experience! Cant wait to book with Sure Shot Fishing Charters again! We were treated just like family. Got to catch our limit for opening day Snapper season. 😁

This was our 2nd booking with Captain Mike. We will definitely be booking for a 3rd time next year. caught plenty of fish and had a great time. This captain will put you on fish. He’s not going to waste your time and money just putting around in the water. He genuinely wants you to go home with fish and a smile on your face. Miss Kim is a great first mate for Sure Shot. 1 fish short of a 5 man limit on red snapper but a 30” snapper filled that void!!!

This was our third trip with Captain Mike and Sure Shot Charters. His deck hand Kim is a rock star. Both are committed to provide a great fishing experience. We had a great time and can't wait to see them next year.

Capt Mike was great, and Ms Kim was an absokute delight! what a great experience this was. my wife and girls had never been offshore before, Ms Kim was very patient and did a great hob helping the kids get acclamated to reeling those red snapper in. we caught our limit pretty quick. Capt Mike did a great job of getting us on fish and back to the sock safe and sound.

Our family had a fun time fishing with sure shot! Kim and Captain Mike were down to earth people who cared about whether or not our family had a good time and caught some fish. Kim was Johnny on the spot with helping rebate our hooks and grabbing all the fish we caught. Since we had to bottom fish instead of troll, Captain Mike made sure that we had perfect spots so we were able to catch some trigger fish, sand perch, and red snapper! We appreciate all of their hard work! :)

We had a great time tuesday. We werent certain how thing would go with the weather not being the best but that wasnt the case! Captian had us on fish within no time of leaving the bay. Had our limit of red snapper in 30 minutes or less. We then went trolling and caught 20 bonita and roughly a 40 pound amberjack!

Once again, Cpt. Mike and Kim came through! Limited trolling secondary to sargassum. Fished for red snapper though- excellent catches. Caught our limit in just over an hour!! This is the third time that we have fished with the Sure Shot crew!
