We went out for Mingo snapper and the boys had their first bout of sea sickness. Captain Si was more than accommodating with them and I told him they need to suck it up! They got over it and we had an amazing time. We caught a 10-12 Mingo snappers off the bottom. We then tried to get on red snappers with his precision placement of the boat of known snapper spots. Had 4 or 5 come up without any luck. Took the boat in to catch mangrove snapper which the boys had an absolute blast. Capt Si’s knowledge and expertise is hands down some of the best I’ve been around with no bullshit like other captains I’ve been with. We talked turkey hunting for a while and the guy is very knowledgeable about that as well. I will be back to go out with him soon!

My wife and I had a great time with captain Si.  We did four or five styles of fishing though out the morning. We trolled, used popping corks, fished the bridge on the bottom, and cast into grass beds all looking for fish.  We had some luck with every method and Capt Si kept us on fish. The dolphin chased us all morning but Si did his best to avoid them. We caught fish trolling in the pass, popping in the harbor, and bottom fishing at the bridge. Si helped my wife out a lot to the point she outfished me (not as seasoned).  A great time had by all including Capt Si. Would highly recommend to any skill level of fisherman.  Can’t wait to come back and do it again.

My 9 year old son has been a huge fan of fishing shows for years but when we try our luck in Ohio we come up empty handed. I saw the advertisement that he would get to experience a pull and they weren’t kidding. It was less than a few seconds that the cast was made, into the water, and my son was reeling in a fish. He was able to catch so many he started talking like a pro and trying to give me pointers. Lol. It really built his confidence. My son is usually shy around first meeting people but instantly took to Captain Si. Captain Si was awesome and I can’t say enough great things about him. He was very personable, had great jokes, and definitely made our whole trip. Captain Si was the one everyone was seeking advice from too. There were other boats nearby on their fishing carters and they were watching Captain Si catch fish after fish and were trying to get his direction on how to be like him. In the 2 hours we fished we caught 23 fish. Once back Captain Si cleaned the fish and we were able to take back dinner for our family and to plenty more to share. We just had our catch last night to eat and it was delicious. We will be booking with him again and recommend him to everyone who has the opportunity to book.

We had a fantastic fishing trip with Captain Si. He took us to several spots and we caught fish at every spot. We caught mackerel, mangrove snapper, and redfish. Our two teenage boys had a blast, one of them even said it was the best day of the whole summer. Captain Si was friendly and worked hard the whole time to make sure we had the best experience.
