Starting out of Destin, you and the crew will explore the fish-rich nearshore and offshore waters, reefs, and wrecks that offer you plenty of opportunities to land a great catch. Hop aboard the Discipleship, a vessel equipped with everything your family needs to be comfortable and safe. With over 15 years of experience navigating the gulf coast waters, the captain knows the best fishing spots and she’ll make sure you have a remarkable time catching big fish and making memories of a lifetime!
Your journey will start on the Discipleship, a restored 46’ Viking flybridge boat big enough to sit up to 12 anglers. Its mighty engine is a twin 500 HP Detroit that can reach a maximum cruising speed of 12 knots. Apart from being rigged with modern, full-featured navigation technology, the Discipleship is equipped with outriggers, downriggers, and a livewell. To maximize your comfort, you can use the onboard kitchen, toilet, shower, flybridge, and beds. The boat is also modified so it can welcome guests in wheelchairs, it’s air-conditioned, and it features a refrigerator and an icebox. Finally, there will be a first mate present aboard to give you any assistance you may need.
On your trip, you can go after Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, Kingfish, Bonito, as well as many other fun-to-catch prized species. You’ll chase them on light and heavy tackle by bottom and deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, and jigging. Kids are more than welcome to join in and you can choose whether you’ll just release the fish you’ve caught or keep it and take it home.
The captain will cover you for all the fishing gear and licenses you’ll need, as well as clean and fillet your catch. Before you head out to the boat, just make sure that you’ve packed some food and drinks.

We had an absolutely phenomenal time on our fishing charter! The weather was pretty rough at first, but the captain and crew persevered, expertly navigating the waves to get us right on top of the fish. Once we found the spot, the action was non-stop! We caught so many fish, completely filling our box with Snapper, trigger fish and we even caught a macral! The crew worked incredibly hard, keeping our lines baited, and making sure everyone on board had a blast. Even with the bumpy start, the experience was the highlight of our vacation. We can’t wait to come back and book another trip! Highly recommend this crew."
Captian Brandy and Nick were amazong and very knowledged. They were very patient in teaching our firstimers and made sure to help land some big catches! Captain Brandi also helped the kids refister catches in the local tournament where they won some merch! We are set woth dinner for the week!!
The crew was great! Accommodated both adults and children. All of us caught fish and even though we had some weather, they worked around it, worked around our schedule and were great to communicate with leading up to our excursion. 10 out of 10 experience!
Captain Brandy and first mate Nick were awesomeness!!!!! we had an absolute blast and caught a bunch of fish! We had a family of 6 and we caught fish at every spot...even had some giants on that broke the line.....Nick worked very very hard to keep.your lines baited and in the water....I will be booking this same boat wnd hopefully same crew again!!!! A ++++++++++++++++ also both were very informative on the fishing!!!!
Captain Brandy was very skilled in putting us on fish. We elected to focus on bottom fishing and caught plentiful snapper along but mixed in were some other larger fish that happened to be out of season but evoked much razzing and cheering from the 9 of us during the battles.
