Let Fishin Mission Charters take you and your crew out on the water and enjoy the very best of Channel Catfish fishing. Sandusky Bay provides hundreds of thousands of hard-fighting Catfish that are ready to rumble all summer long. This is an opportunity for families and friends to fish together, bond, have fun, and get those tasty fish fillets in their bags.
You'll be fishing on a 25' Sweetwater pontoon that takes up to 6 guests per trip. This catfishing machine is well outfitted, has seating arranged for optimal fishing conditions, and she's powered by a 75HP Mercury engine. Besides all necessary navigational and safety gear, the boat also features a private toilet.
In case you have a larger group, the captain can arrange 2 more boats to join. Get in touch first, so a customized trip can be arranged.
Every day from May till September, you can choose between a morning and an afternoon trip. You'll explore Sandusky Bay, which is a part of Lake Erie, home to the world-famous Cedar Point. On some days, you can catch fish just a few hundred yards from the coasters. There is no bigger thrill than the screams of youngsters fighting these big Cats.
Captain Paul provides everything you need equipment wise. You'll need to purchase your fishing license in advance and pack some snacks and drinks for the day.

We had an unforgettable experience fishing with Captain Paul on Fishin Mission Charter in Sandusky Bay! From the moment we stepped on the boat, Paul made the day fun, smooth, and exciting—especially for the kids. The catfish were biting nonstop, and our boys each caught a trophy-sized fish—29.5” and 31.5”! Altogether, we probably reeled in about 20 fish! We also brought our 6-month-old along, and Paul couldn’t have been kinder. He got such a kick out of the kids fishing (and our baby girl spectating). He was so welcoming and made sure everyone—from the littlest passenger to the most competitive fisherman—had a great time. Captain Paul was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what he does. We released all the fish, but still came home feeling like we’d made the best catch of the day. Highly recommend Fishin Mission Charter for a fun, family-friendly fishing trip. We’ll definitely be booking again!
This very special fishing trip brought outstanding fishing with an outstanding family.. A boat record for the youngest charter customer lol belongs to a 6 month old girl…thank you for a great day .. one I will not forget.. Always the best to you and family Captain Paul Schill
we cought some nice size catfish and big ones and we caught some walleye that was a new experience i definitely would recommend this fishing charter and captain i recommend nice size group

Captain Paul was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts. He was terrific with our 12 and 15 year old and made true fishermen out of both with the perfect blend of hands on training but independence to let them do things on their own. He knew the perfect place to go so that we were able to catch a ton of Walleye, even though it is a little late for optimal Walleye season. We will definitely book with him again. Highly recommend!

We did a 4 hour trip for catfish in the bay. It started off slow but the bite picked up later in the morning. We caught a total of about 10 cats and 1 drum, including a 27.5 inch state citation fish. Paul is a great captain. Friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable. He kept us entertained with stories while waiting for the fish to get active.

I planned this fishing mission as a gift to my husband for his birthday. The boats captain, Paul S., made it amazing! He worked with me to get my boys on the boat first to surprise their dad! They caught lots of fish and had a great time! Thank you!!
What a fun way to celebrate your 60th. After some quick planning dad was surprised to find his 3 sons hiding in my boat to celebrate his day on a fishing trip on Lake Erie.. great fun with good fishing lots of laughs..Happy Birthday.. Best to you Captain Paul Schill
