Ed's Texoma Striper Guide Service invites you for an enjoyable fish trip on Lake Texoma, one of the finest fisheries in the area. Come join Captain Edward Musser in Pottsboro, Texas and have lots of fishing fun as you chase the elusive Striped Bass and enjoy the surroundings. The captain's got skills to help you land a great catch and his cordiality will make sure you have a great time on the water. Pick a day and join him aboard for a memorable stay on Lake Texoma!
You'll be using a 23' VIP center console to reach your targets. It can carry 2 anglers and runs on a 150 HP Yamaha F150 engine that reaches a maximum cruising speed of 40 knots. The boat uses modern GPS and fishfinder technology for navigation, a wireless trolling motor to make a more tactful approach to the fish, and has got a livewell to provide live bait.
You and Captain Edward will be chasing the hard-fighting Striped Bass using light tackle trolling and drift fishing. You can keep all the fish you catch but you're also free to release it back to the water.
The captain will provide you with all the tackle, rods, reels, lures, and live bait. If you wish, he can also clean and fillet your catch. What you should bring are only your licenses and your favorite snacks and drinks.

My brother and I booked Ed Musser as a guide for a two day trip.It was a total success.The first day's weather was not great (rain and cool), but Ed stayed with it, he found the fish and we still limited out.The second day was great weather, and another limit day.,Ed found the fish again, worked to keep everything going in order to maximize us catching our limit. He was professional in the way he kept open communication during the booking process and coordinating times and directions. Ed was very friendly and personable. It was a great relaxing experience, from catching big fish to him cleaning and bagging them for us. I have even booked a second trip with him for next month. I won't use any guide at Lake Texoma but Ed Musser.
Captain Ed worked hard to bring to all the fish. He kept the hooks baited, checked his technology (which is really cool), guided us when fish were hooked. He was funny, personable, and made sure we were happy with our day. It is impossible to say anything but amazing things about our fish trip with Ed. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to catch fish with a captain who wants nothing more than for his clients to catch fish. We will be back!!!

Although the weather was challenging with gusty wind, we still had a super time fishing with our wonderful captain Ed. Ed knew all the best spots to find large schools of stripers and put us right on to them. This was our first time to fish for striper and Ed was very helpful to show us all his best tips to maximize our catch. When we are back in the area, we will definitely look up Ed’s Guide services again!

Awesome experience! Mr. Ed put us on fish right away and was friendly and easy going. He had some great jokes and took us out to a few different spots. Caught our limit early but he stayed out letting us catch and release. He cleaned up the fish for us too! Will book another trip next visit with him!
I loved every minute with Ed! He is the kindest person ever, we had a beautiful exchange of experiences and thoughts. the fishing was brutal, I caught almost 60 in a few hours. Ed was always moving between areas to ensure the catch and look for big fish.
